And, as others noted, unless you have it laying around, you
might wanna save that free XP for the T-21 (tier VI light) and
the T-71 (tier VII light). Get the feeling those grinds are
going to be horrible given they have damn near no armor (28 mm).
I mean, if folks don't like to run and hide in tanks like a
Luchs, they are REALLY going to hate those two tanks.

Still have my Stuart with plenty of XP and a decent crew I was
going to move to my (sitting fallow) Chaffee.
Now I'm glad I haven't bought anything else I've unlocked! WOOT

As much as I disliked the Chaffee is as much as I liked the M5
Stuart. Was and still is one of my fav tanks. Shame I wasted all
that dough and XP on the Chaffee. But I will enjoy an excuse to
run the M5 again.
I played a bit tonight and there were soooo many lights and TDs.
One run we had no mediums or heavies - just the two new II and
III Germans and lights.

I took the M7, TierV medium out for a few runs......Fully
upgraded with 100% crew....not impressed. Its not even an
autoloader.......slow aiming, no punch, decent mobility, decent
RoF.

Looking at the new German tank TD's I think I'm going to like
them. They have tier VII guns on the V and tier VIII guns on the
VI.

The tier VI Nashorn has the same gun as the tier VIII Jagdtiger
8.8 premium (but a slower ROF), and the gun on the tier VIII
Rhm. Borsig Waffletraktor is just freaking absurd: 750
damage/215 pen for standard AP, 750/334 with APCR. So I foresee
much spamming of premium rounds, as that can even pen a T95.

Of course, my Luchs has more armor (30 mm vs. the RBW's 20 mm),
so better pray to whatever god or gods/goddesses you believe in
that you never get shot ...

Go with that 6pdr on the M7. You might like it a little better,
it does 3 shots in 6.9sec for 225 vs 2 shots in 7.2 for 220.
Plus you get better pen 105 vs 92. The prem pen is even better
150 vs 127. The only thing you give up is a little speed and hp
due to the turret sides not being as thick as the fully upgraded
one.

Thanks, good advice. I bypassed that one with free xp, but will
give it a shot. It cant be any worse.....

Found my little break down, slightly off before, was looking at
first upgrade I think for the gun.
75mm=3.8sec/shot=128mm/115dam
6pdr=2.1sec/shot=105mm/75dam
Yeah you're going I'm giving up some pen and dam? Why? Because
you don't kill tanks with one shot usually, it takes a few or
you just may have a lot of party crashers that need proper
greeting. I find it sometimes a better apples to apples
comparison this way.
75mm=7.2sec/2shots=230 11sec/3shots=345dam
14.8sec/4shots=460dam 18.6sec/5shots=575dam
6pdr=6.3sec/3shots=225 10.5sec/5shots=375dam
14.7sec/7shots=525dam 18.9sec/9shots=675dam
Throw on any and all things/perks to speed reload and aim and
let em fly. Prem when needed :)

I switched to the 6 pder and am having a lot better luck with
it. IThis is not going to be a keeper but at least I am not
constantly cursing this thing.
