Should be there by the end of the weekend. At least prior to
"Motherland" and the Russian push.

In tanks the game we love it's 10 mins of tactics, a bit of luck
and team work to win the day. Sometimes even with hundreds of
games we still suck or sometimes we are tank battle god and we
feel good. We grind to get better tanks, pimp them up to make
them look cool.
My favorite thing it's not a crazy FPS LIKE my son plays needing
Skywalker like reflexes. It takes 20 seconds for my kv2 to
reload!! So I have time.
My first computer game way back was elite its in' my blood.
So is it right for you good question?
I can spend a few hours or days working out a trade route
shipping x to y taking z back to c onto g then back to x to make
money. :old:
I like mining at the moment when you find a rich vein of metals
, mine it , get it back to market without some pirate taking is
satisfying. :old:
Go into deep space and explore millions of systems and planets .
Soon we will have
plantary landing and can drive around on them :fainting:
And it's not for me there is the combat. Ship on ship I do it
for protection but some guys go looking for trouble :nerd:
chunky enjoying that aspect of the game.
So the game has many thing's on offer in terms of what you want
to do . Find something in the game you like do it then try
something else when bored. Just like tanks you grind a ship to
better ones with better gear etc etc.
Watch a few youtube vids first to see if you like that type of
game.
My friends from tanks now play in space. We form a wing do some
stuff and have a laugh. Or we play tanks depending on our mood.
It's a change
AS Mentioned before it's a steep learning curve YOU will take a
few knocks but if you in the SAME area of space YOU have friends
to help and this game you need friends as space is a bad place
for the lone wolf that is why it's called elite dangerous.
We are a tanking clan but we can have a space clan as well

AS a footnote. Elite is part of the British gaming history. It
all mixed up with the BBC, hitchhiker s guide , Blake's 7 and
the model B

Remy.... I am new to the game. Shadders nagged me into buying
the game citing there had been many improvements since the
initial release. Initially I refused to pay the full price but
as it was on offer for £15 weakness got the better of me. I have
been playing for around 2 weeks.
At first I hated the game... I can say this was due to a lack of
understanding & the quite complex controls etc. I do enjoy the
game now & there are many that will help to get you kick
started. Early on it is not easy making money. Shadders & Zip
plus a few others are mining. As for me I am cherry picking
missions & taking out wanted criminals at local Nav Beacons
(earned 600K this morning). Once you reach the dizzy heights of
the Cobra MK III this ship is a decent all rounder so you could
mine, fight etc.
There has been a recent big update & to be fair it is a little
buggy but no more than any other game out there..... look any of
us & we will gladly help you out...

First off I suck at Elite as I bought the game when it first
game to Xbox! Was very excited to see it come to Xbox thought it
would be a easy game to learn by my self! I'm willing to learn
the game with help! Is there a certain night that y'all play?
Cause I would like to have a dedicated night to play so I can
learn more of the game. I got a note pad to write all the
controls down! So if anyone could help a mofo out that would be
great! Oh yeah docking is a bitch!
