       5X Friday - Competitive League
       Time: 8 PM - 1 AM
       Tier: V - X
       Host: Multiple Hosts
       Server: EU
To streamline the process of forming and reforming the 5 v. 5
games so that we get as many games in as possible with fewest
delays, a few of us came up with some ideas to help this along.
       Here goes:
       •
(PLs) on your Xbox Friends list.
       •
EU server. You can control the server that you want to play on
       from the start page.
       •
first, and be in party chat.
       •
       assigned to a team.
       •
       •
game chat. Feel free to platoon up with the other members of
your party or you can stay solo and stay within game chat.
       •
(typically between 5 and 8). This will not be a verbal
notification, but the tank tier will show in the platoon screen.
       •
will start in the CP to launch.
       •
       •
       and start all over again.
       A couple of helpful hints:
       •
end at different times, the PLs should periodically check back
into the Party to see if the other PLs have finished (they will
be in party chat at this time). This way we can have rough
approximations of how long other teams may have left in their
       games.
       •
platoons, the PLs should communicate this to the platoon by
temporarily switching to game chat and letting everyone know
       what is going on.
       •
launch screen where communication will not work. We have also
found that this may carry over for a little while after the game
       has launched, so be aware.
       •
at least one game in advance so that we can efficiently disperse
the newcomers/ replacements into a platoon with minimal lag.
       •
garage, go ahead and pick the next tier tank so that your
platoon can make their selections before going to party chat.
       •
status to Busy. This will help the platoon leaders differentiate
between those already playing and others that they might invite
       to play.
Thanks for following these tips. I think that we all like the
Friday night competitive league, but hate the long lag between
games…. We don’t make any silver sitting in the garage…..These
guidelines should help this along and make it so that this will
       be a long-term reoccurring event.

It actually went very well. We started with 2 full platoons
that were already on the EU server. We formed a 3rd platoon
fairly quickly and then went to find the 4th platoon that was
doing their own thing. We peaked at 5 full platoons for a few
games and then started to lose people due to bedtimes and such.
I would really like to see more people involved in this
particular event. It's fun and allows a large number of us to
play together at the same time. I know that there are some
people that don't want to participate in platoons whether they
are large or small, and I know that not everybody gets along,
but this event is truly an example of the social part of being
       in a clan.
Do you wait longer than if you are lone wolf or platooning?
       Yes...but it's getting better.
       Do we have fun? Yep
Do we bust balls? Not at all. Does anybody believe me? Not at
       all...lmao. It's a ball bustin' spectacular!
I think that this event is possibly the event that most
exemplifies what OFF is all about. Fun/Friends/Ball Bustin' &
       Red killing.
       I encourage everybody to participate.

I am locking this topic. We will have a weekly 5v5 topic so
that this one doesn't go on too long......
