       Haha. I keep drooling at that picture. When he says kimchee
       cheesesteak, I'm wondering if the traditional onions and peppers
       aren't pickled? That'd be a nice twist on a classic.

       />then make a kimcheese sauce by  chopping up kimchee and adding
       it to a basic cheese sauce.. pepper and onions are just sauteed
       off to add a another layer of flavor.
