They shut down my son's two account's because he switched to
desktop version on his phone to finish his daily searches. What
crap. He got one reinstated.
Still haven't gotten any of the eighteen I had from last year
reinstated. Still trying to get at least two of them
reactivated.

The bot Nazis are really active. Got my 2 accounts shut down as
well.

Used it for about a year and regularly earned my $5 cards, then
this spring it stopped working and required verification quite
often when I was using the bot. Somedays I could earn my 15,
others only 1. Got to be too much trouble.

Sometimes they are shut down in error. Happened last February
(did a little research), their system went through and shut down
a large number of folks not using the bot in error.
Just shoot support an e-mail, nicely worded, as to what are the
circumstances that led to your account being banned, and could
this be escalated to a supervisor. You should get a response.
Either they will state the account is in violation, or nothing.
If nothing, keep contacting them until yu get an agent that will
refer you to the VP's office.

I capped it off at two accounts, as I didn't want to push my
luck. Have earned $60 since early April, which I spent on the 3
tank pack (MTLS, AMX Chaffee, and T95E2). Now, I'm saving up for
an SU-122-44, which I should see around Thanksgiving or
Christmas.
