I'll see what I get. I had closed all but 5 of my accounts a
while back ago and just went to redeem points since I have been
using the bot I'm not sure I'll get them. My plan is to close
these 5 accounts after I redeem the points, if I'm able to that
is, and open 5 new accounts and not use the bot. Yes, it's more
work, but it doesn't really take that long and I can keep in the
good graces of Bing, hopefully.

What were your sins, Corbantis? Just the bot or multiples, too?

They would not say on three of the accounts. On one they said it
was because I was using a VPN to obscure my true location - told
them I was at work, and our network uses a VPN that depending
on morning or afternoon it will give my location as being in
Atlanta or NYC. They basically said they were sorry but they
can't re-open. Grr The other 13 they just closed them out, and
when I complained on one, they reset my MS account so I had to
verify my identity. What a bunch of morons.

I can type random letters and cover my bing searches fast as the
bot so that's what I'm going to do here on out. Nothing in the
rules saying what I have to search for. :tongue:

I don't think it's the bots that are the culprit as I haven't
had a bit of trouble yet and I'm still using them. I think it's
the multiple accounts that are getting you all nailed.

Remy, the TOS says you can have multiple accounts in the same
household, up to 5, which is why I cancelled 10 accounts. But,
still another 4 got shut down, well not shut down they just
can't redeem the points earned which leads me to believe it's
for the bot use since I did get compliant on the number of
accounts before they caught it.

I only have three accounts. I've been running the bot on all of
them some days it works some it doesn't.. which is when I do the
random typing thing. No complaints so far from bing
