Brad, it could be that a lot of us don't have one. I thought
about picking one up, but I have 8 or 9 premiums already, and I
do want to get a some non-premiums, so I need to grind and XP my
way up the ladder to get them.

I do not know what I do wrong but I never make the average
silver numbers that others clearly make here and on the main
forum, especially if I am on the losing team. I certainly own
almost every premium.
I must do something dumb and it is not using premium ammo,
although I do that to at times.
That said, my bar far most consistent silver maker is the
SU-122-44. I average about 60k a game in it. Second, for me,
is probably the Fury and the Dicker Max. In the end, my premium
performance is typically the same across most vehicles....about
45k a match with the occasional big haul on a a big win where I
carried (80-100k about every 6 matches).
I actually have silver makers that are not premium, like my
Indien Panzer, that seems to make copious amounts ever time out.
I guess I need to work on my E-25 skills, it should work for my
play style but I just seem to suck in it. Might try to work on
that this week. I wish I could drive my T-23 like Fif can, but
I am not able (another one I want to work on!).

I can try to track my silver earnings in my T23. I might be
mistaken about my claims. I think in a poor game it might be
closer to 25k. I've never really put much thought into it, but
I have a feeling that firing premium at certain tanks may
actually be net silver gain.

The E-25 is one of those tanks (am sure you know this) that as
soon as you are detected, you almost always have to move,
especially with arty in the opfor's lineup. Tier VI tanks will
easily pen you, never mind VIIs and VIIIs, and the occasional
IXs and Xs are a given when platooning.
I've had to seriously adjust my playstyle with this tank - not
use to "running away", but am beginning to understand the need
to do so when the situation calls for it. I use mine mostly as a
scout that has a high RoF with deadly accuracy. Then, if
possible, I go after arty or help clean up the wounded
stragglers.

This is pretty much what I do. I rush ahead as the E25 is in
some cases faster than the lights we have. I then set up, spot
the targets, then when the opportunity arises take a few shots
at them and let the rest of the team take them out. Then I'm
moving deeper into their flanks - then its arty hunting time if
we break through. On defense, I try and pop off a few rounds,
then relocate. Gives the attacks who aren't playing attention to
the map that we have a stronger force defending since they are
taking fire from multiple locations.
