Purchased the T-34-88. Get it. Bottom line- you want this tank
if you can swing it. A platoon of these driven by OFFers would
be a complete hoot. Flank, snipe, even a little Port brawling.

I agree... :thumb:...Actually last night 3 of us, myself,
SgtEhrenfried, and kyblueharley platooned our t-34-88s and it
was quite enjoyable... :charge:

Got mine and it is an excellent vehicle. It does everything good
or very good.
I do have a question though - since it is a Tier 6 it will see a
lot of Russian derp guns.....Should you equip a spall liner -
does a spall liner reduce the derp affect?

the soviet armor is actually decent vs derp guns , especially
tier 5 derps. the only derp to worry about for the t34 8.8 with
any real threat is from the KV-2 , and lets be honest
here....you get hit by that thing...spal liner or no..its gonna
hurt.
Personally id say go with some other eqipment...at tier 6 most
derps have a hard time doing serious dmg to u anyway.

I got the T34-88 as well. Good tank and i love the 8.8 but I
found it much softer than say the VK 30.01P which has the same
gun. Once I toned down my play style I had some really great
games.

I bought the T-34-88 and only got a couple of rides in but I
absolutely love it....now we all know you get good MM on your
first rides in any new purchase, but this tank is going to be
good with all the extra XP....awesome....
Oh how I wish I could put my French cres in this damn thing. I
could say they are Vichy French could I not?
With my remaining Gold I bought the Tiefighter....only one
battle played but I loved it too! Going to be a fun week in
mediums.
Fury, T-34-88, Tiefighter.....Love Love Love.....

Grassy ass! No spall liner needed huh? Due to sloped armor I am
