Its early yet, but it looks like its a pretty fair spread for
low/mid/high tier games.

Start tracking your wins/loses at any arbitrary time and within
100-150 games they have you right a 50%.
Here's my new theory:
If they want you to lose a game, they put you at high tier with
a bunch of noobs who all get killed in the first 3 minutes.
If they want you to win a game, they put you at mid or low tier
with excellent players at high tier, so you get a win just by
showing up.
