Comments or Suggestions on Weekly Events?

First off I want to thank all those that have been hosting the
weekly event and those that have been participating. :medal:
We have been trying these events out for the past month and I
was just curious what my fellow clan members thought of them.
Are there any other events you would like to see?
Any changes to the current ones?
Any suggestions to make things run smoother?
I will be adding the OFF Companion website link to each of the
events to make it easier to sign up.
The events will also be posted on this forum's calendar. :nerd:
Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated as I want to
make these events as helpful and fun for you and the other clan
members.

I am ass/u/ming you seen Sparky's Tier 10 Sunday thread? It
seemed like a good addition in conjunction with Habfan's Top
Tier Thursday, as it affords a weekday and/or weekend option.

That does make a nice addition. I will check with him to see if
he will be running those every weekend and add it to the Weekly
Events Roster.

I would like to see (if there is not one) a team play/Platoon
play event twice a week in two different time frames one for NA
players and one for our none NA players that would teach proper
platooning, communication (both verbal and radial dial), focused
fire, map awareness, going beyond your comfort zone and last new
skills. Also this would be for people who play tiers V-X and
have a wide selection of tanks to play with.
I know from platooning that many of us myself included have
favorite spots on certain maps and in certain tanks that we will
go to regardless of what the rest of the team/platoon does, that
maintaining focus during the game is hard and that much of this
comes down to communication and repetition. I for one would
enjoy a night or two of more serious focused gameplay and
learning.

Even though I have a odd playing time I'd like to see a day or
two set up monthly for some 5v5v5v5 platoon battles. I'd like to
see how well that might pit OFFers against each other or
together as it may.

The standard new member welcome needs to include a prompt for
them to register at the companion website and sign-up up for the
New Member Meet and Greet Event.

Had a good time last night with Billmct, Dragonvet, and
Snifflygosling running Mid-Tier (V,VI,VII). Would this be
something folks are interested in? I know I'm a little short on
Top Tier tanks.

We'll see what we can do about getting some of these ideas up
and running.
Please don't hesitate in offering up any ideas of things you'd
like to see as far as events and I will see about getting them

It's been awhile since I've asked so I put it to you again!

What would you like to see in our weekly events?
Not just See but what events will you participate in?
You asked for a Sherman event so we gave you 2, but now no one
shows up! We've lost some other events due to lack of
participation so please make sure you join in so we can keep
these events running.
Don't forget that you need to sign up on the companion website
so that the host knows who is attending! :salute:
