"This was my flute" Ren explained. "When I still lived at
home... It's sort of a weapon. It's the only thing that meant
anything to me, considering we were poor and didn't have much to
begin with." She put her lips to the flute but instead of using
it as she usually did, to paralyze her victims before robbing
them, she played a simple melody to soothe her anger.

More often then not, the angry are the first to do something
foolish. Akio was afraid that someone would drop in and
interrupt her song, and if they did, he was afraid they would
make her attack. The worst thing that could happen would be to
get chunin sent after them. Akio had one of two options, he
could try and calm her down, or he could leave. He was about to
get his sword and go when he heard the melody of the flute. It
was oddly...familiar. My dad played that flute... Eyes wide,
Akio realized that his dad either stole that very flute, or one
just like it.

Ren's song came to a stop and she smiled, pleased with herself.
Realizing that they were still in the market area she frowned.
"I guess we should get going before we get caught..." Seeing the
look on his face made her head tilt. "Uhh, you okay? Was it bad?
Man I knew I was rusty."

"No, you were great, it's just..." Akio looked around the market
area, turning his back to her. "Yeah, let's get out of here." He
started wandering off towards a different section of town. He
was pretty mad that the effort he put in to having an ally was
all for nothing, but it wasn't going to be something that
completely ruined his day.

She nodded and looked around. "Let's go this way, back to the
training area..." She pointed in the direction she wanted to go
and walked that way, unsure if he'd still want to follow her.
