Sunagakure Library (Mid Day, Open)

Upon leaving the house he went on a stroll into the market to
fulfill a promise he made to the shopkeeper who's sign he was
forced to break.
"Again I'm sorry about what happened."
He stayed for a little while and hand made him another
OPEN/CLOSED sign.
Once that was over he continued onto his main objective of his
day. He wanted to learn as much possible about the Rinnegan and
the past Rinnegan holders so he went along to the library. Once
he got to the library he was completely discouraged. It was
pathetically small. He sighed.
"This is gonna be terrible... I have nothing else to do so
whatever..."
He dropped his head in distraught then walked inside.
"What the..."
He walked into the library and froze with his jaw dropped. The
library was huge! The complete opposite from the outside. Next
thing he knows it was hours later and he read multiple books on
the Rinnegan and its capabilities.
"Wow. This is crazy!!"
He went around searching books for the Rinnegan users.

She landed infront of the door and lifted her head. "For some
reason I feel such a familiar power. Yet it's one I haven't felt
before." She walked in " aw jeez this is gonna kill me!" She
walked around without looking. She was a shelf away from Relik
and knew it was his power she sensed she opended a book peephole
to observe him. "Who is this guy why does he feel so familiar ."

He got the few books he was looking for and walked straight past
the girl and went back to his table.

She jumped onto a shelf top near by and got on all fours and
peered at him one of her tails all of a sudden appeared. Her
Bijuu spoke " the hell are you doin kid" she whispered back "
hey shh in there trying to find out who this guy is umm wait
what's your name again" he got irritated " you damn idiot " she
yelled back " hey shut your damn mouth " she got up and slipped
and proofed herself to the dangling lamp above him. " settle the
hell down in there " he replied " I'll show you settle" he pused
out chakra and forced her to fall onto the table. She yelled . "
you ass I- " she looked at him . "Oh um hello "

As soon as the girl jumped on the shelf she caught his
attention.
"What is your pro-..."
The next thing he knew she smashed down on the table in front of
him and his books were now everywhere. His eyes grew with rage.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?"
People throughout the library start looking at the commotion and
murmuring. He took a deep breath can calmed himself.
"You are so lucky all these people are here."

"Or ya know say hello but yeah that's cool to. I'm Tassu but you
can call me Mona. Hey buddy where do I know you from?" She
quieted her eyes and looked at him

He felt his temper start to flare again so he got up and walked
away.

"Hey now come back buddy." She followed him. "Did I set you

He took another deep breath.
"Get away from me!"
He left the library and didn't stop walking.

"Hey come back !" Her second tail popped out and swished around
in frustration . " who the hell gives him the right to act so
got damn rude ! I outta go kick his a-" she looked at the papers
he had that were scattered around. " I guess I did mess these up
I guess I'll return them." She scrimped though the papers and
her eyes got wide and she ran after him."
