experimental procedure [open, kenro]

(day before the inauguration)
Kenro walked into the training grounds dragging a cart full of
experimental devices and scrolls. once near a secluded part of
the grounds with a few dummies he began going through the cart.
"what to try out first....."

Kenro pulls out a pair of goggles and places them on his head.
"Alright test one for the byakugan goggles." Kenro slid the
goggles on and applied his chakra. The goggles instantly
exploded and sent kenro skidding across the ground. His face
covered in black soot from the e,explosion "test one......fail.
Damn I wish I had some real eyes to use as a reference"

Kenro took the goggles off and went back to his cart. "Let's
see........" He pulled out a bottle of pills with different
colored pills inside "these will be my peace de la resistance"
