       Bio: "Long ago a great demon terrorized the world laying waste
       to civilizations. A serpentile dragonic beast said to have eight
       heads was an unstoppable force until on day....a warrior name
       SusanoO slayed the beast and saved the world."
       The Shinobi of kumogakure became too accustomed to this Era of
       peace so that when the Orochi clan swooped in and rose to power
       it was too late to do anything. A sanin originally from
       Kumogakure, Neruha spent many years in the land of snow before
       returning. She is a powerful shinobi unmatched in wits and
       strength specializing in brutality. She is known to all as
       Orochihime-the Princess of the Orochi clan and not a soul would
       recognize unless they were a kage. She wishes to know all the
       serets of the world and the only way to do that would be to
       bring the world under her control, to do something of that feat
       would require a lot of power. Such that as the Tailed beasts.
       Personality:
       Neruha has a god complex. She delights in herself while having
       utter disdain for this peaceful boring world and all of it's
       tender and hopeful residents. She would like nothing more than
       to douse entire countries in a blaze of chaos and pandemic.
       Without struggle, how can one learn? Without destruction, how
       can one rebuild and grow?

       can damage a target as well as sap away stamina. -10
       Fourth Tail: She can materialize a translucent green dragon's
       head to shield her body or anyone nearby manipulating it's size.
