Long strawberry blond hair, dressed in all white which
represents the Reverse Whirlpool of her clan and usually carries
an umbrella.
Bio: Michiru is the youngest member of a new uprising clan
specializing in sealing Jutsu as well as Chakra supression known
as the Utsushi of the Reverse Whirlpool. She is also the only
daughter of the clan's founder. The Utsushi originated in
Michiru's birthplace, an island off the coast of the land of
fire near the ruins of old Uzushiogakure. Michiru was only a
child when she left with the Utsushi to travel the continent.
Michiru has been from the land of Snow and back as such she is
well versed in the understandings of different cultures and
knowledgeable of different clans and jutsu.
It was her Uncle the current leader of the Utsushi who decided
that it was time their Nomadic clan had spent enough time
travelling the world and believed that it was time to settle
down and align themselves with one of the Hidden villages in
order to ascend the ladder of power. To pull something off like
this they needed to gain favor with one of Konoha's most
prestigious families, The Hyuga. The Hyuga made an agreement to
support the Utsushi if they completed a task: To track down and
suppress an prodigious yet out of control member of the their
family- Rayek Hyuga. A task the Utsushi failed horribly at until
y chance the young Michiru found herself face to face with the
demon-like Hyuga and by some odd chance was able to successfully
use the Hidden Jutsu of her Clan effectively subduing him as
well as binding his chakra to hers. She is now able to force
slight control of his chakra if she so wishes-draining it
temporarily or disrupting it's flow to limit chakra use.
Personality: Michiru is a resourceful girl with stars in her
eyes. She has a tough exterior but a tender heart and is very
prideful. She's friendly, but isn't very trusting of others as
she has seen how the strong prey on the weak in her travels.
Despite the dilapidation of the world she is still hopeful of
the future and a passionate shinobi.
