First Meetings. (Open, Mid Day, City Streets.)

It was a nice day outside. The wind is blowing slightly, and
there's a calm about. Not an awkward calm, but a all around
calm. Today, it seems, is the perfect day to relax, and Rayek
was going to enjoy it to the fullest. The ninja walked through
the streets, dressed in the gear that his father gave him. He
had just turned in a mission; It was his main source of income.
As he's walking through the streets, he body flickers to a
rooftop and sits on a ledge, watching the bustle of the city
below him. His white eyes scan the streets, almost as if sensing
for danger. As he can't find any, he stares at the silky white
clouds as the wind starts to pick up.

Gale flew though the skies smiling he felt free in the sky his
wings flapping behind him no one could get to him know worries
just him and his thought's looking down at the streets of konoha
he puts a hand over it and thinks how small it its to him now
he stops and hovers and pulls out a sandwich and begins to eat.

Kenro walked through the streets of Konoha writing on a small
notepad he always carried with him. his eyes stayed focused on
the paper but like water, he flowed through the bustling streets
with ease. " this doesn't add up.........." he stops and on a
dime and throws the notepad high into the air "STUPID
FORMULAS!!" he ran a hand through his hair and cursed out loud
before catching the falling notepad and looking it over again
"........oh there's the problem" he erased a part of the formula
and rewrote it before walking again. his outfit was a bit dirty
due to the mission he had just finished. his eyes catch a
glimpse of a shadow passing over that was a little to big to be
a bird. he looks up to see his whiny cousin Gale "this idiots
gonna throw the village into chaos flying around like everyone
has wings. Kenro picks up a rock and launches it at Gales head.

Rayek sees a large shadow cover the village, and commotion
ensues. Not everybody has wings, and they know that, so seeing a
flying person, they think that something's wrong. With a roll of
the eyes, Rayek stands up and cracks his neck. Quickly, his
Byakugan activates, and he sees everyone's chakra systems, and
sees everything around him.
"So much for a calm day, huh?" The boy said as he threw a dull
kunai at the flying man to get his attention.

Gale is suddenly hit by both the kunai and the rock his drops
his sandwich and spirals down towards the ground
chomei:Gale?....Gale get up! you gonna die!

"oh great!!" Kenro yelled and rushed toward his cousin, hopping
from wall to roof he launches himself in the air with both arms
out "GOTCHA!!" He yells with a cocky smile and lands on the roof
"almost lost you there" he looks at the sandwich in his hands
and bites into it "oh man this is good" he said with a full
mouth

Rayek stared at the shinobi across the roof, and waited for them
to do something. He wondered why they were here in the first
place.

The ground got closer and gale thinks to himself"man...if my
aunt were here she would have yelled*hey! look out ya dumb ass*"
chomie:stop thinking about and snap out of it!
Gale look up and summoned his wings right before hitting the
ground landing on his feet and looking around*what hit me?... it
doesn't matter im can't even escape in the sky..."he walked away

Kenro got a cold chill like someone was staring at him. he
locked eyes with Rayek and stared at him "and what's this guys
problem?" Kenro said with a sneer before sticking his tongue out
at him and hopping off the roof and next to the walking Gale
"hey Gale........are you stupid or just slow?" Kenro flicked his
ear and walked with him "you can't just fly over villages like
everything is fine and dandy. i understand were in some what of
peace times but understand that this peace you see around us" he
pointed to the landscape around them "....is all a facade. a
mirage to throw you from the chaos and war that will come."
Kenro looked back to see if the shinobi was following them. he
kept getting an uneasy feeling.

Usually Rayek would have left the two ninjas to tend to
themselves, but Rayek had sensed an unusual chakra inside of the
boy with wings, so he decided to tail them, while remaining
unseen. It wouldn't be hard, since he had exceptional chakra
control, he could dilute his chakra flow indefinitely.
