Malachi took some steadying breaths as he wiped the
       spice-induced tears from his eyes.
"I hope I acclimatise to it like you think I will- otherwise
I'll have nothing but holes in my stomach! Whooweee- I suppose
they don't call it dragon's breath for nothing" he quickly
downed the milk tea that was sat in front of him and pushed his
still full bowl of curry to the side a little. He'd had quite
enough of that for one night, and was sure he'd be feeling it in
the morning somewhere less convenient... With eager ears he made
sure to note the dishes to avoid eating unless he was feeling
particularly sadistic. The dishes offered instead where all
fantastic and he decided that before he left he'd ask the
kitchen for some of their recipes to take home.
The line of questioning then turned on him, Eir'Asa inquiring
after his own country. It was odd to see someone take such
interest in what he thought to be a quite 'average' culture.
Elvi were usually good at assimilating no matter where they
were, as their rites and culture (for the average family) was
flexible. Malachi would do his best to not ill-inform them.
"Hmm, well I like to think no one is like me-" he joked "but if
you mean appearance then yes. Most people are fair skinned with
blonde hair being the most common. The ears everyone has, unless
you're a half-elf then they are less prominent. Our food? We eat
a greater deal of vegetables than you it would seem. Meat is not
often eaten- especially in my house where we are very
traditional -because Elvi are a people of nature and the earth.
We are meant to respect animals as if they are equal to us.
However, we eat meat on occasions for festivals and ceremonies
that commemorate battles. We don't use very much spice. More
herbs and oils. Phonax is very different from what I have seen
so far. We don't really have beaches, just the rocky shores and
ports. I'm not sure what else I might comment on yet"
He sipped the tea again before thinking of something "Oh yes!
Clothing seems to be different" he said gesturing to his white
and blue attire "These are my family colours, but the style
seems different to your more robe-like clothing"

The small joke about no one being like Malachi made Eir smile
lightly, since that boded well to have a unique personality. Eir
wasn’t one for the average and mundane anyways. That made life
boring. Eir listened with rapt attention as Malachi described
his home. He already had struggled to picture some of the
buildings in his mind, just picturing them as white marble
boxes, even if he was sure that wasn’t the case. But now news
about the Elvi themselves was fresh knowledge with a bit more
character. The Draconians were varied in appearance, as shape
shifting capability and scale patterns often dictated your
choice in appearance. Most young mirrored themselves after their
parents' choices, which was why Eir took on the olive complexion
and dark hair. But to imagine a city full of blonde, long eared
people was strange. It must have been very hard to be anything
       different in Phonax.
The food bit did interest him since their diet mainly consisted
of meats of some kind. Eir had always attributed that to their
need for a high caloric intake to keep their bodies running, but
he was unsure if that was the real reason. However, spice was
the flavor of life for his people, and he was sure he would
mourn not having tasty dishes in his life anymore. Perhaps if he
ever did see Phonax, he could suggest they try something
different. Or perhaps Malachi could educate them?
When Malachi pointed out the different ways they dressed, Eir
looked down at his clothing and gave small tilt of his head. Ah
yes, they wore looser fit things and things with least
restriction because of their shape-shifting and the heat. When
you sometimes reached temperatures about 100 degrees or more,
you had to have something breezy to offset the body heat and
       humid heat.
“Well before any lessons or things occur, we can work on
securing you some better clothing. As nice as your clothes are,
you will be extremely hot in all that.” Eir offered since he was
sure Malachi gathered that by waiting at the port in the
afternoon. However, Eir did give a sort of mystified look at the
idea of this other place out there that he had never seen. “It
sounds interesting. I’d love to see your home one day.” Eir
stated but his father cut in at that.
“You will eventually once you are a bit older. The world outside
Glapera’s shores is very vast and you have much to learn before
venturing there.” Eir gave his father a nod and continued eating
to hide his disappointment, knowing the man meant well, but he
also felt wholly sheltered by his parents. Even if his friends
and family here in Glapera were content to stay on these shores
and live their lives contently, Eir wanted more for himself and
to be able to study the world. Was it wrong to want more than to
just be home bound until his father felt he could handle more?
Once dinner was completed, Eir gave his parents small bids of
goodnight before he turned his attention to Malachi. “So
tomorrow we will be with one of the servants to see the city.
There’s really quite a bit to see in Sililos, but the shopping
district should be the main stop. Is there anything else you
would like to see tomorrow? There are the court gardens, the
beaches, the sparring arenas that the soldiers use, the museums
and libraries of course, and I believe the tea houses have
opened for the season. He stated, mostly listing things in the
more savory areas of the city. The bars, gambling dens, and
houses of illrepute were not places he ever went near after all.

Malachi nodded in agreement with Eir'Asa when he pointed out
that the clothing he was wearing wasn't quite fitting for the
weather in Glapera. He could tell by the way his clothes seemed
to trap in his heat- a feature well suited for the cooler and
non-humid environment of Phonax, but wholly unhelpful here. He
was excited to try everything; all this newness was exciting
compared to his restrictive and repetitive life back home. When
Eir mentioned perhaps visiting Phonax, Malachi went to reply
that he'd be happy to return the favour sometime when his father
cut in. It would seem that Eir was quite the prized child, and
by the way he simply accepted his fathers words made him think
that perhaps Eir was used to being coddled. A glint came to
Malachi's eyes and he simply remained silent on the issue.
Malachi would show this bashful drake how to bend the rules- how
to swindle them to get out of the confines. It might do the shy
lad good. Perhaps tomorrow... he'd test the waters.
When standing in the hall, Eir'Asa bid him goodnight, detailing
the plans for the next day. Malachi gave a stretch and was
already undoing his coat and in the process of shedding layers.
He slung his coat over his shoulder and nodded with a look of
       thought,
"Hmm, I am eager to keep up my swordsmanship- father will have
my guts for garters if I slack off on that -but I've never
really been to a beach where you swim? Honestly I don't care
what we do. Feel free to take me where ever you like!"
He gave Eir a playful salute before heading to his door, "I'll
       see you first thing, yeah?"
With that he disappeared and went to bed.
The markets were bustling with activity, and Malachi had been
given a change of clothes- ableit with an elvish spin to the
colour choice. While still sticking out like a sore thumb, he
was less so in the draping robes. He still left his long hair
with it's braids about his shoulders- one step at a time.
Malachi walked beside Eir'Asa taking in everything, wondering at
the foreign sounds and smells. His Elvi senses were almost
       overloaded.
Malachi spotted a stall selling a dessert Eir had told him
about, a kind of gelatinous substance that smelt of roses and
was covered in powdered sugar. His eyes brightened and he
gestured for Eir to follow as he walked up to the stall. There
was a young drake woman; dark hair and bright eyes who seemed a
little taken aback at the sudden appearance of this strange
       species.
Malachi flashed a charming smile, "Hello there. I've come to buy
some of your dessert. I have not tried it before but-" he gave
Eir a tug closer to stand by him at the stall. Here- he could
try set this uptight male with a gal.
She seemed confused at the use of Duthul for a moment before
seemingly switching, "What flavour would you like sir?"
Malachi smiled and leant casually on the post of the stall, "I'm
sure anything you make is delightful"
"Delightful?" she said, a little confused at this word.
He gave a small chuckle before tilting his head, his eyes taking
time to assess her "Beautiful, Lovely, Perfect?~"
She hid her shy laugh behind a hand before quickly placing two
different pieces of the dessert into a bag, fumbling in a
       flustered manner.
She held it out, "N-No charge"
Malachi grabbed the bag, holding it with her for a few moments
as he simply made eye-contact with her "Thank you very much"
He sent a wink and a smile before the pair turned away, Malachi
offering up the treats to Eir, "Look at this, free food. She
       seemed nice."

Eir awoke the next day with a new found energy for the day would
hold. To be honest, he was excited at the prospect of having
someone to spend time with that wasn't just a political ally or
a friend that was used to the status quo around here. Eir could
sense a confidence in Malachi that he himself didn't posses and
it was intruiging to see how he interacted with the world around
him. Even in a new land, he held his head high even past the odd
looks he got or the odd whispered comments from the patrons.
Honestly, Eir was mystified that he could function and actually
somewhat fit in. But, instead of asking his new acquaintance how
he could be that bold, Eir stuck to pointing out buildings and
things around them, even throwing in a bit of Vs'shtak to get
him started in learning. Perhaps it was an information dump, but
Eir had a tendency to ramble when he was interested in a topic
or had knowledge to share. Otherwise, he was a content listener
and mostly a follower. So when Malachi approached some woman in
a stall selling desserts, he was content to just stand by and
       let him talk.
However, Malachi ushered him over with him, Eir looking mildly
confused at what he was doing. The Draconian woman looked
similarly confused by him speaking Duthul but picked it up and
began speaking as well. Why was he speaking so strangely with
this woman and being so evasive with his speech? Why wouldn't he
just order what he wanted? Why was his tone so languid? And what
was with this leaning and eyeing her up?
When she asked what 'delightful' meant, he was ready to
supplement the word with the Vs'shtak word, but paused when
Malachi answered with synonyms in this way that made them sound
like compliments of the woman rather than her food.
Eir noted how flustered she got at this and how she fumbled to
get the bag to them. What was that all about? Was she sick? Or
had Malachi embarrassed her? Eir'Asa blinked at her just giving
them things for free, his brow arching at that. That was kind,
but he was a lord in this city and could pay for meals just
fine. Or wait, was she being nice? Why did she keep looking at
Malachi with these flighty glances and holding his gaze with
this entranced look? Her face was even red as they held the bag
a moment, staring at each other like this was more than just an
exchange. Wait...was Malachi interested in her? He looked the
Draconian woman over and then Malachi. Well, she was pretty, but
Eir hadn't considered her in that way, not when this was a
simple business exchange. However, Malachi seemed to be charming
her unlike anything Eir had seen before. But still, why would
she think to give them free food? If he was interested he should
just tell her right? He seemed confident enough to do such.
As Malachi thanked her in a strange way and turned with Eir in
tow, he spared a glance back at the flustered woman before his
attention turned to the bag Malachi handed him. "That was kind
of her, but she was acting kind of strange when talking to you.
I think she was attracted to you. How did you do that?" He asked
before his head tilted some, trying to analyze this like a
scientist. "I think that's why she gave us the deserts for free.
Did you charm her with Magis?" He asked, looking wholly confused
       what the hell just happened.

Malachi hummed in approval as the pair moved off with their
treats, eager to try the dessert he’d been told about. He was
about to ask which one the drake wanted when Eir looked at him
with this bewildered expression. It took a lot to not laugh, as
Malachi saw the male was being serious in his questioning.
“Wh- I didn’t use Magis!” he let out a small chuckle and once
more looked at Eir to see if he was still being serious. He was.
Malachi was the more charming and silver tongued brother of the
family, he’d never been short of admirers or that sort of
attention. He’d experimented and used trial and error to
calculate just how to make women all flustered and- like clay in
the hands. This encounter had just served to confirm that while
the women were ‘different’ his formula still worked.
“No, I didn’t use magis my friend!” he slung an arm around his
companions shoulder with a wink “I used my Elvi charm and
       dashing good looks. She gave us free food because she liked us;
we were attractive and alluring- my flirtation was magnetic. She
       couldn’t help herself you see?”
He let go of the drake with a hum, trying to think of a
metaphor. He pulled a cube of the candy from the bag and showed
       it to Eir.
“Flirting is like making a dessert. You need the right amounts
of the right ingredients; a little bit of a smile, pinch of
pretty words, maybe a dash of eye contact. Then Voila! You have
a perfectly good dessert, ripe for the taking~”
He bit into the soft dessert and his eyes widened in joy. The
taste was exquisite- he’d had rose tea before but nothing of
this variety was flavoured with the flower.
“Mmphf- dis iff good-“ he managed through his mouthful, handing
       Eir the other slice.
Malachi brushed the sugar from his fingertips and looked at Eir.
“So, we’ve shopped and ate. What to do next? What do you usually
do in your spare time? What places do you like?”
He was momentarily distracted by something, ears twitching and
his gaze flicking over the crowd. His brow creased a little bit
he shook whatever it was off and returned his attention to Eir.
“What next my thurirl?” he said, using the new word.

His incensed reply about not using Magis made Eir's forehead
wrinkle and him frown. He wasn't sure he believed him. He had
never seen women get all twittery like that over strangers, not
unless they were drunk or had been successfully wooed by a man.
He only spoke to her maybe for approximately a minute and
already he had her offering him free food? It was clearly Magis
       use.
When he put an arm around his shoulder, Eir gave Malachi a
briefly interested look. He listened closely to what he had to
say on how he charmed the woman. So his looks, plush his Elvi
magnetism, and something about him being alluring. Was that
really all it was? Eir considered that a moment, but was stopped
when Malachi decided to explain some formula to him like a
recipe. Words, eye contact, and a smile. Didn't people use that
regularly? Eir had talked, smiled, and made eye contact with
plenty of people and that never happened before. Surely there
had to be more to it than that.
Eir took the turkish delight from Malachi, blinking when he
talked with his mouthful to say it was good. It was very good,
but the lack of manners from a noble born man was strange to
Eir. Either way, it still brought a chuckle to him as he popped
that treat into his mouth. "Of course it is. Did you think I
would lie to you, Mal?" He teased but then his expression dimmed
some with a bit of shyness at his next question about what he
liked to do. He was sure after spending even a little time with
Malachi today that the man wasn't the academic sort...However,
his eyes immediately brightened when Malachi used his native
tongue to say "friend". Were they friends already?
"W-Well, I usually spend my time at the libraries here or the
gardens when time affords. Both are marvelous but not the kind
of place you go for...social fun. I usually am caught up in
studies or practicing my healing at the temple so spare time is
limited." He said before he looked at his feet a minute in
thought. Malachi wouldn't like sitting around in a library
Suddenly he looked back at Malachi. "B-But maybe we could go to
some of the places you might like? You know to meet more people
and to give you a taste of the new culture." He said before he
cleared his throat some as he was unsure if he really should be
pushing for this. Eir wasn't the most social creature and had
trouble with people who didn't share his appreciation for study
over the more mundane things. It made him quite awkward around
those outside of his social circle and even they considered Eir
a bit too shy. "I don't go often, but the commons are usually
where most drakes our age hang out. Then there is the beach but
its awful hot by now and I fear you'll burn or pass out with how
pale you are--No offense! Perhaps tomorrow morning we could go."
He said before his cheeks dusted a bit pink. "I-I also am a bit
curious about this flirting stuff...maybe you could explain it
better with a field study?" He stated, embarrassed to admit it,
but not willing to back down from the fact he knew little to
nothing about flirting. To save himself that shame, his brow
furrowed. "Also a moment ago you looked kind of far off and
spacey. Everything okay?" He asked since Malachi had looked a
bit odd before calling him "friend".

Malachi gave an amused glance to Eir as he still seemed confused
and even like he didn’t believe that someone could just
swindle someone into giving them things. The youngest Hythian
lord was used to having to get attention and the things he
wanted in a round about way. His manners- though trained to be
genteel when in front of others -was like the servants in
nature. He’d spent more time with certain members of the
staff than his own father, he was sure of it. At the notion that
Malachi was calling Eir a liar, he chuckled and raised his
       powdery hands in surrender.
“Hey! I’m just saying you could have embellished it
with your patriotic bias. Don’t blame me.”
Then the drake got all shy again when it was his turn to answer
the questions. He listened with a straight face, his blonde
eyebrow gradually arching as Eir admitted to likening the
library and then proceeding to try a find something ‘he
       might like’
“I’m offended” he said in mock seriousness
“For you to think I’m some barbarian who can’t
appreciate a good book! Tsk- I’m am Malachi Galathias
Hythian, Lord of the House of Hythian and Phonax. Of course I
       read-“
His facade broke and he let out a chuckle, “I jest. But I
thank you for trying to tailor to my sensitivities. I willreturn
the favour one day and spend an entire week there if you wish.
After all... my father set me a few... tasks to complete to make
sure I don’t waste my time here. I’ll need access to
the records and your historical tomes”
At the mention of the beach being too hot, he glanced at the sky
through squinted eyes, feeling the heat at his skin. The sun
definitely seemed much harsher here and he figured that by the
time he had to return home, he’d be a few shades darker.
“Mmm, yes. It is quite hot- now these... commons? What are
they? Are they taverns but for... youth? Or simply a gathering
place? I don’t think we have anything similar in Phonax-
well at least nothing for ‘youths’ if you catch my
       meaning....”
With a glance over his shoulder, he noted the servant was still
there. It was a little suffocating, didn’t Eir feel that?
“As for the flirting? I’d be quite happy to give you
my theories and lend you my study results. I’ve practiced
the art of flirtation for quite some time now-“ he
chuckled, finding how serious Eir seemed quite amusing.
When Eir inquired into what had made his mood darken for a
moment, his eyes briefly flicked to two men that leant against a
wall talking to each other, but returned to Eir’s face as
he brushed it off with a smile.
“Oh nothing! Just thought I heard something
       familiar”
As Eir started off in the direction of one of these
‘commons’ Malachi glanced back at the two men once
more; they were both looking right back. Something in the way
they had stared at him earlier when he was speaking... They had
spat and said something he couldn’t understand, but it
       seemed disgusted none the less.
       aussir kothar
       Now what could that mean?
Malachi was oblivious that his father’s reputation in the
darker side of trade would follow him like a shadow. He simply
continued on his way with Eir, speaking with him casually.

Eir rolled his eyes at the comment of patriotic bias. Honestly,
yes. Draconian’s were known for being almost zealots in their
belief of their nations perfection. But Eir was hardly one to
subscribe to that mess. He was hardly perfect and didn’t view
the people of his home as any better. However, they had great
deserts and food so he would be prideful about that. He was
honestly excited that his new friend could appreciate that and
was not having an poor time there. He hoped to show him more of
the country, but Eir figured that he would have to be realistic
in their time together. Fun was to be a side effect of this trip
and he was sure that the expectation was that Malachi was to
learn quite a bit before he went home.
When Malachi sounded offended by his library comment, his face
immediately paled and he looked uncertain of what to say. He
hadn’t meant to offend Malachi and was just being honest that he
was aware not everyone liked such things. He knew it was strange
to want to spend his days cooped up with books in a dusty
library full of scrolls and tomes. Especially when most people
his age enjoyed being surrounded by their peers, enjoying their
freedom from responsibility, or were off finding their partner
or securing allies for the future. But in all the chaos of
socialization and parties, Eir felt lost and a bit unsure of
himself. Nothing was clear, the rules kept changing, and you
constantly had to worry if you were saying the right thing or if
people liked you. Libraries were houses of knowledge and there
was always an answer buried somewhere within the many pages
around him. He could learn about the sciences, explore new
countries, meet fascinating historical figures, dive into
mythology and lore, and understand the arts without having to
worry about how he was dressed or what expression he was making.
It was safe, fascinating, and comfortable for him. While Malachi
seemed able to blend and adapt to the world and make it work for
him, Eir was less confident about trying….but perhaps with
Malachi’s help, he could learn how to be a bit more social…
Eir’s expression eased when he laughed and said he was joking.
Eir hadn’t understood the jok but tried to play it off with a
light and relieved chuckle. “I don’t know that I’d punish you
with a week, but I definitely could help you in accessing the
tomes and historical records. Their collections are vast in
Sililos. Well, you’ll need to have a bit more Vs’shtak under
your belt before then as everything is written in Vs’shtak with
some foreign texts in Duthul.” He said before giving his a happy
little grin, his mood improved now that he knew that Malachi
wasn’t mad with him. “And I’m sure your father understands that
you touring and experiencing life here isn’t a waste of time.
The best way to learn a language and a nation’s people is to
       become one of them.”
His question about the commons made Eir nod to himself as he
walked along with Malachi, completely forgetting the servant
there as he was used to always having one around. “The Commons
as we call them, are an open air area that are public meeting
places. They’re the only area in this city that are owned by the
public and not the government. Think of it like a park, but
smaller--perhaps a courtyard surrounded by popular shops? The
one close to here has a tavern and dining places, and I believe
a shop or two, some music and usually something going on.
Anyways, it wasn’t meant to be for the youth of the city,
they--us--we kind of just took it over because we had few places
we could call our own. To get away from the responsibilities
with others that understand what you are going through.” He
stated since he got the premise, even if he hardly participated.
“Our society here has many expectations of the young to help
further our culture and civilization. Everyone must have a
purpose to benefit the whole or you are useless. It doesn’t
matter if you are born into the noble class or the working
class. You must fill a need.” He finished that little
explanation, hoping that Malachi understood where he was coming
from. He was sure as some Lord Hythian and Phonax, he understood
       what pressures were…
“So I appreciate your methods and teachings. I think they can
greatly help with not flirting, but also social dealings in
general. I must get better with that if I’m to take my father’s
place as head of the trade and commerce for the Aluanas line.”
He stated plainly before he gave Malachi a tilt of his head.
Heard something familiar? Man Elvi had great hearing. He
couldn’t really discern any noise in this market.
“Perhaps a merchant who’s been to Phonax?” He asked with a
pleasant look around him to mask his slight worry. Eir knew
there were people in this country that viewed outsiders poorly
and that Draconians were the superior race. Those same people
might view Eir and Malachi even being around each other as
unsavory but knew better than to come near a noble born and make
the comment to him. However, Eir’s father had been very clear
the night before, after Malachi retired that they were to be
supervised in the city at all times. While Eir could handle
himself most days and was never on the bad side of his uncle,
who proudly supported the Taq-Turnock, they knew the edition of
Malachi would add some concern and complications. Complications
that could sour deals with the Hythian’s and Phonax if something
should happen to Malachi. It was also why his family warned Eir
against telling Malachi about the racism that wasn’t as abundant
as it was before, but still existed behind closed doors and
openly in small pockets. Luckily, Sililos was more liberal than
Charir or Aurix, but that didn’t exclude the possibility of it.
The common wasn’t far off from where they were and they made it
in decent time. The space was full of Draconians of varying
appearances and dress, all in their early adulthood. The space
was a large rectangular courtyard with recess that dipped down
in the center. The center was a lower area of plants and foliage
all surrounding a fountain of a dragon. Some drakes mingled and
talked on the stone steps leading down to the lower platform,
while others relaxed by a railing that looked out over the white
beaches beyond. Some took to the many shops and even some were
drinking in the open air tavern with seating as cushions and
carpets around the area. It looked like a laid back and jovial
space, even inclusive as some wore finery while others were
       dressed in more simplistic fashions.
“What do you think? See anything that interests you?” He asked
before eyeing the space himself and feeling a nervous flutter in
his gut at the wide expanse. He knew he could possibly spot
someone he knew among this crowd, but Eir felt oddly planted in
place and a bit uncertain of how to proceed.

The idea that everyone had to fill a need was something Malachi
felt a pang of annoyance at. He wish it were the same at home
but right now... his parents were mostly keeping him out of the
way until he was at marriagable age. The younger son was only
useful to barter and bargain with or send on small diplomatic
duties when the myriad of other people couldn’t do it. A purpose
was something Malachi lacked, and perhaps that’s why he was such
       a ‘troublemaker’
Malachi’s eyes scanned the small courtyard with interest.
Everyone seemed involved in their own conversations and appeared
oblivious to the two newcomers, allowing a moment to observe.
There were many people here, he assumed all around their age
bracket and it seemed quite busy. Perhaps when he got home he’d
suggest something similar to one of these commons in his home
town. It would be good for the culture as well as business if
the traffic in these stalls was any indication.
Eir brought him back to Glapera with his question. Malachi
glanced at the drake with a raised brow, sensing the nerves and
       awkward energy exuding from him.
“Well... it is quite hot and I do fancy a drink” he suggested,
gesturing to the tavern. A few eyes had found them now and
observed quietly amount themselves before returning as they
were. He leant over to the male next to him, muttering just loud
       enough for him to hear.
“Relax. If you wear your shoulders as earrings people might
       avoid you”
Hopefully the joking encouragement would get the drake to relax
his posture as they started toward the tavern.
A thought struck him and he glanced at Eir, “Do young people
       drink in Glapera?”

A drink...? Right a drink could be a great way to calm his
nerves and make things perhaps a bit less awkward. Eir figured
that was Malachi’s intention, but he was unsure. After all,
Malachi seemed so at place with all these people, so it must
have been Eir that was the one acting odd. His thoughts were
confirmed when Malachi leaned over and told him to relax. The
shoulders as earrings comment did make Eir blush as he glanced
at Malachi. “Sorry It’s been a a while since I’ve had time to be
around so many people. It’s sort of overwhelming.” He admitted
since he was very much an introvert that liked his space and
dealing with only a few people at a time.
They were able to make it to the bar side easily where quite a
few people mingled. A few gave Malachi funny looks, but more out
       of curiosity than distaste.
The question about drinking made Eir’s head bob. “Yes. We’re
allowed to drink as long as you don’t become publicly indecent.
The rules are relaxed on these things as long as it doesn’t
impact your ability to function. Most are too prideful to let
that happen. I’ll be honest, I don’t drink much but maybe
something lighter won’t be too bad.” He rambled a bit as he
recounted something he had been served with a friend once, an
ale that she said had a lower content. “Are things much stricter
on young adults in your homeland?” He asked since he was trying
to understand what pre-biases Malachi was coming in with.
