wondering what computer i should get i dont want to make the
switch to windows 8 yet because of the new layout any body here

Build a new one, it's cheaper. also just use an old windows 7
disc if you want.

i was thinkg about building one but i could get all the parts
its that i dont want to mess anything up like the cpu or mother
board and i dont know how to build one

Yeah, you will have to make a windows 7 pro install disk.
