New miner here

Hello all!
First let me say that I did quite a bit of research before
choosing a server and you guys look like just the kind of people
I'd like to spend my evenings with. I look forward to mining,
building, adventuring with you.
A few things about me:
1. I'm a family man. Wife and two young kids.
2. I'm passionate about Minecraft because the only limit is your
own imagination.
3. I have a terrible eye for design, but I'm a pretty good
engineer and miner.
4. I tend to prefer vanilla Minecraft, but that may change after
I try the main server.
5. I'm pretty easy-going and friendly. If you need help with
something, just ask!

P.S. I may not be on much to start with because I'm dealing with
some ISP issues. Hopefully I'll get it fixed within the next
week or two.

Welcome aboard! And thanks for giving us a try! Hopefully we
will meet your expectations!
I hope to add some flair this fall to the servers with some
changes/additions, as well! More information will be coming on
that later! :D

After months of harassing my ISP, I finally managed to fix my
connection. Last night I was able to get a small base of
operations started in a secret location ;) I also saw some of
the projects the others on vanilla server are working on. There
are some large builds out there!
Unfortunately it was pretty late by the time I sorted everything
out (after 11pm EST) so I didn't see many people on. I will be
able to make it on earlier tonight, I hope.

I play mostly on the main server so I don't think ill see much
of you in the vanilla but, i hop on sometimes.
