That is not the official 1.3 that is pre release which means it
is an unstable build. and as far as I'm concerned plugin authors
usually don't update for 1.3, as well as the fact that many
people wouldn't put there server save data in unstable build.

And it is Minecraft, as you said, NOT CRAFTBUKKIT.
So anyone who updates will have to revert back to 1.2 to access
our servers!! Update at your own risk!

Are there plans to upgrade to 1.3 when it goes live? I like some
of the features, like the enderbox and the sand temples. Growing
my own coco beans would be convenient as well. Cookies for
everyone!

We update the servers as Bukkit updates. And I usually keep it
with the current developmental builds. Currently, both server
are running a recent build from this weekend, #2263, which is
for 1.2.5-R5.1.
I see they updated two more times just today to #2265, but there
aren't much for apparent changes, according to their changelogs.
Not sure how soon they will be looking at changing it up to 1.3
yet.
One thing I do know, according to their updates, is that the
version we are running should accept the 1.3 version of the
client-side program. That is new this past week or so. So you
should no longer get disconnected if you have updated your
client to a 1.3 version, they say!

Maybe I'll give it a try when 1.3 goes live. After I back up my
Minecraft folder, of course.

Hmm, looks like we may have to wait until Craftbukkit is
updated.
