it keeps saying error 502 java and stuff like that

I'm at work so can't log on.
My initial thought would be to reload/reinstall Java.
Also if you google 'Minecraft java error' lots of examples of
error messages with possible solutions pop up.

I agree with Muddle here, Travis. Try re-installing Java to see
if your problem diminishes. It has helped me in the past!
