Selling Shared Shop Lots

I am Selling my Bottom half of the Gold n Black Shop, and my Top
half of my Purple Shop.
Prices are Negotiable and If there is enough people interested
the highest bidder posting here with the amount will win the
lot.
If there is enough interested the Auction will last 24hrs and
the highest one will get the lot.

How is that a little much when i bought each for 5000R each?
This is the minimum, if that's to high for you then you don't
have to buy into them.
