Had fun. Really looking forward to finding another server like
this because this server really does seem to have potential...
Do this for me, before I disappear forever from your sight. Tell
me a small, small server (like this one) that has similar
plugins and helpful people like you.

You are a nice person Phalo12 and I appreciate this respectful
attitude you have, However you did break the rules and you knew
not to, also aware of the punishment.
I believe you were a valuable member to the community until you
started to take advantage of us.
I do not know of any servers you may be interested in.

Unlike some people in this server (who I will not name) you are
one of those who actually understand what I mean.
I will give kudos to you to all my fellow minecraft friends, and
I will tell them to check out this server.

I doubt you'll believe me because you've seen it, but...
No, I did not use any mods or hacks that contain x-ray
functions.
The places where I mined were either odd because of cobblestone
(in my opinion) or when I was looking for other resources or
just simply mining.

Well I can't believe you but also I can't deny what you are
saying as well. So here's what I propose both you and mods/admin
has to both come to agreement on it.
So here it is.
I will put my moderator powers on the line for you, only because
the way you are taking it, and how you are still on the forums
and how you are not being rude about it.
You (Phalo12) will agree to never be able to mine underground
ever, the only place you can even mine is the nether, and dirt
and cobble. You are not aloud to mine any ores what so ever, but
it doesn't mean you cant acquire them. You can either look for
work, or make items such as bookshelves to sell. That is what
you have to agree on, you must also do the appeal form and be
completely honest in how you acquired the diamonds.
Mods/Admin will have to talk it out with each other about said
above agreement if you accept the terms then discuss further on
how to handle it. I will talk to Wolf directly and then with
everyone we can get.
Also if you are accepted we will keep an eye on you. but,
EVERYONE has to agree to forgive and forget and get along, no
name calling and such. If you are caught mining, exploiting some
loophole in the system you will be forever banned with no chance
of appeal, and I will lose my Moderator powers as well.
I'm only doing this because I like your activity within the game
and your personality, you must be more active on the forums as
well and you must make a public written apology to Wolf, doesn't
matter if you did or didn't do it.
Here are some Risks of bringing you back:
Possibly no caring about the terms you accepted and x-ray anyway
(not saying you did in the first place)
Losing my Moderator powers
Griefing
Other uses of hacks
Here are some Good things of bring you back:
Another member still in the server
Good personality and Active
Helpful
Can bring other potential members to the server
Redeem yourself on this server
To sum it up:
You have to write a public apology to Wolf, have to agree to the
terms above, and we the mods/admins have to discuss the current
situation.
First step is agreeing to the set terms, and making a written
apology to Wolf and your Appeal form or you can not agree and
that pretty much ends that.
Good luck in whatever your decision and if you have any further
questions just ask.

I will agree to your terms... as long as you answer me this one
question.
The prospect of simply not being able to mine underground is
unbearable. What is Minecraft without Mining?
Can you at least set me a layer that I cannot mine in? I know
you can all track what I am doing, so if I am caught mining/seen
underground under a layer you want me NOT to mine under, then I
will agree.
Simply put, I need iron.

Just to interject here, and let you guys know I am following
this converstion.
First of all, let me suggest this be taken up in the proper
topic for 'Ban Appeals'

as this is what
would really be happening. I would recommend your appeal include
an honest and detailed statement from you about the situation
that occurred, causing your ban.
Phalo, just let you know what would take place upon your appeal.
The Mods/Admins would all take part in the decision to allow you
back or not. They will weigh your appeal, and your honesty about
what really happened, against the information I will be
providing them about the events that occurred. They will see
where it happened, they will see my logs as it happened, and
they will see how it happened. They will also have to consider
the benefit or consequences that could occur by any action
taken, as to what affect it could have on the future of the
server. Of course, their number one concern has to be for the
security of the server.
I cannot tell you one way or another what the outcome will be,
but this is what will need to take place before anything here
can move forward. If you have any questions about this, please
don't hesitate to ask.
