       Cleaned up the Forums... reorganized!

       As you may have already noticed, I have changed the Forums a
       little bit. With the increased traffic, I felt it was time to
       rearrange the layout and make it a little more organized.  I
       hope you find this a little easier to use.
       The main changes are as follows:
       [list][li]Moved the topics from the 'Announcements' folder to
       'News and Updates' and removed the 'Announcements' folder
       altogether. Seemed redundant.[/li]
       [li]Moved the 'WolfCraft - Main Server' topic to its own
       Category board.[/li]
       [li]Moved the 'WolfCraft II - Vanilla Server' topic to its own
       Category board.[/li][/list]
