       Welcome to Dragonton
       In order to join you must follow the simple rules of this town.
       1.Griefing will result in a Permanent Kick from the town.
       2.Stealing will result in a Permanent Kick from the town.
       3.Randomly Killing Will Have 2 WARNINGS ONLY (Attempts are
       counted as a warning)
       4.Not listening to Mayor/Co-Mayor will be 1 WARNING ONLY
       5.NO MINING IN TOWN
       6.Must be active atleast once a week! (Unless on Vacation (PM
       Me)
