       cost whether you want an existing house, or an empty lot on the

       [li]Shops - Storefronts in the Basil Market Place cost $2500 for
       the building. Once purchased, you are free to set up your
       ChestShop inside however you see fit. You do NOT have to be a
       resident of Basil to purchase a store front in our Market Place!
       *Note: ChestShop charges may apply, which are totally unrelated
       to the storefront cost. Those charges would be charged
       automatically by the server when you set up your ChestShops.
