       Town Rules

       FallenSaint's Town rules are pretty much easy going.
       Stealing: Forbidden and Highly punishable, you will be fined and
       jailed. Repeated Causes will eventually get you kicked out of
       the town.
       Griefing: Forbidden and Very Highly punishable. Highly Fined,
       Jailed, and only way to redeem themselves in the town is to
       repair the damaged areas. Only 1 warning then will be kicked out
       forever.
       In activeness: If you are inactive for longer then a month
       straight, you will lose everything you own and be kicked out of
       the town. I believe this is fair amount of time.
