       INITITATING EVENT
       Create a proposal, against the opponent directly above you in
       the list, stating who you want to battle (do this here:

       />That person has 7 days to reply and discuss a time, if the
       person cannot play or failed to respond; you will automatically
       gain a position. Otherwise you will battle your opponent. If you
       win you will take your opponent's position in the blacklist, if
       you lose your opponent stays. You have to wait 7 days in order
       to make another proposal.
       
       PROOF
       If both participants agree on the result no proof is needed.
       However, if there is a dispute, video proof is required. If
       video proof is not required, Stasi and Jonathon will have to
       make a guess as to what the actual result was, or make a
       decision based on your speedwall leaderboards in game.
       
       VEHICLES
       The Blacklist member being challenged (defender) must use
       his/her showcased blacklist vehicle. Neither drivers are allowed
       to change car during the challenge. Cars that are not permitted
       by anyone: Porsche Carrera RSR 2.8, Lamborghini Huracán. Both
       the challenger and the defender are allowed to change their
       vehicle setups during the challenge.
       
       TRACK SELECTION
       5 events are to be conducted in order to gain a victor.
       1st event - The Challenger chooses a location to meet and
       initiates an outrun event.
       2nd event - The Defender chooses a circuit race, sprint race,
       time attack or time trial.
       3rd event - The Defender chooses a circuit race, sprint race,
       time attack or time trial.
       4th event - The Defender chooses a circuit race, sprint race,
       time attack, time trial, drift contest, drift train, drift
       trial, gymkhana, or touge (any).
       5th event - The Defender chooses a circuit race, sprint race,
       time attack, time trial, drift contest, drift train, drift
       trial, gymkhana, or touge (any).
       NOTE: for gymkhana events, the defender must specify if the
       victor is to be determined by points or by finish time
       (essentially turning the event into a timed drift event or a
       race). In either case, you are disqualified if you don't make
       the finish on time.
       NOTE2: Events can be done in any order.
       
       
       POINTS
       Events are best of 5 races. You earn 1 point for each victory,
       then add them upp in the end for the final result, not more
       complicated than that.
       
       TIPS
       Some things to keep in mind are your opponent's strengths and
       weaknesses. Practice both for the best chance to win. Also, try
       to use a vehicle with the same handling setup, there's a reason
       he/she chose it.[/td][/tr][/table]
