A Class/Former Tier 2 Event

I think that we should have an event with A Class/Former Tier 2
cars sometime.
These cars don't really have a purpose with a low rating in A
class, and when stock in B class they're way too slow.
Also, cars that are B class when stock and A class when street
tuned will also be allowed, such as the BMW M3 GTR, Lamborghini
Gallardo LP 560 and LP 550 (not sure about the valantino
balboni) and Nissan GTR (standard, not V spec).
Got the list of Former Tier 2 cars :D
I think that powerups and perfect start/launch shouldn't be
allowed, and if anyone knows more about the cars that I've
listed might be too fast, I might take them off the list.
Cars with a strike through them are not recommended or can't
reach A class.

event, based on their low ratings in A class:

Ford GT
Hummer H1 Alpha
Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT

Lamborghini Gallardo LP-550-2 Valentino Balboni (high rating,
too fast?)
Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640 (If the VB is allowed, maybe this
should be allowed too?)

Well, I guess, if you want to use an fully tuned A class
Skyline.
Rethought this now and it's not as good of an idea as I
initially thought :/

Yeah, I found that too. Going to put a strike through some cars
which can't reach A/not recommended due to low performance, and
I've also added some other cars too.
