       awaits her. The rose-tinted glasses come off and she is left
       wondering how she will cope with her problems. To add to her
       woes, a local gangster turns her life haywire, just to revive an
       old love affair with her best friend.
       The support of her friends is the only thing that keeps her
       standing to live another day.
       The story takes the reader through the best and worst parts of
       college life, with the common thread of friendship running
       through both.
       Infatuation, ragging, romance, gossip, fun, misunderstandings,
       feelings of protection, sleuthing instincts, strange incidents,
       and carefree days - the book covers all these and some more. The
       importance of supportive friends and long-lasting friendships is
       highlighted through this book, which falls under the so-called
       Chick-lit genre, or literature for youth.
