       Switches, Switches by Teresa McLoughlin
       A story of witches... and of a disliked teenager who doesn't
       want to be a witch so shan't be. She is cursed by her
       grandfather because she is an awful person too... Miranda (
       Me-ran-'nd-'er - that is her name.), simply doesn't believe a
       word witches say, which is unfortunate for witches because words
       are their power; words and looks.
