A small she-kit bounded across the border giggling. She had
Thunderclan scent all over her; no doubt she was a
Thunderclanner. "Cats of WindClan! I am your new leader,
Littlestar!" Littlekit yowled, fur fluffed up to make her look
twice her size. Somehow, she'd snuck out of the Thunderclan camp
and made it across the Windclan border.

arrowstar looked down at littlekit. "...?" he made a confused
noise, but his eyes sparkled. mock-bowing, the tom-cat laughed.
"may i be deputy, littlestar?"

Instead of answering, Littlekit stared up at Arrowstar, jaws
agape. The Windclan leader was speaking to her, for Starclan's
sake! "Uh . . . Yes! You shall be my loyal deputy, Arrow . . .
stripe!" she had come up with the warrior name off the top of
her head. She was jittery with excitement; again, the Windclan
leader was speaking to her, even playing with her!

arrowstar raised an eyebrow. "arrowstrike, you mean." he meowed,
referring to his old warrior name. the kitten was cute; he had
to admit.

"What's this?" Dominoeffect strolled in to the conversation.
"Hm, maybe I could be the co-deputy?" he laughed inside and
raised an eyebrow at Arrowstar- er, Arrowstrike.

The little brown and white tabby nodded vigorously, grinning.
"Yeah, Arrowstrike sounds way better!" she squeaked. When
Dominoeffect arrived, she almost fell over. So many important
cats were coming to see her and play her game! "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
she squealed happily. "You both will be my deputies! Now we need
a medicine cat and some warriors," This was so exciting!

"I could be medicine cat." Came the amused purr of
Metropoliskamikaze. His copper eyes gleamed playfully as he sat
back on his haunches, dark brown tabby fur rippling in the
breeze.
A ray of sunlight briefly illuminated the golden flecks of his
eyes.
But then it was gone.
"What do you think, Arrowstrike?" Asked the lithe but muscular
warrior. "Would I be a good medicine cat?"

Again, Littlekit bounced around excitedly, a goofy grin
plastered to her face. Honestly, she was surprised that
Arrowstar hadn't already decided to take her back to
Thunderclan, although she didn't dare mention it. She wanted to
stay here and play all day! "You'd make a great medicine cat!"
she told Metropoliskamikaze.

The 'medicine cat' bowed. "Thank you, Arrowstrike and
Littlestar." An amused smile appeared on his handsome face as
the tabby licked his chest. "I will serve you well."
