Alliance Challenges

One of the "challenges" surrounding the ACs is trying to work it
so that everyone has an opportunity to get the top prizes,
mostly due to alliance members being in various time zones.
Does anyone have suggestions for making challenges more
equitable/accessible?

I think it might be best if we use John Stuart Mill's idea about
morality here also know as utilitarianism. The moral and that
way also the right choice would be the one that brings the
utility, usually defined as happiness and that it should solely
be based on quantity. If we look at it like that the best time
would be when everyone from the U.S. can participate and just
leave us out, so it would probably be around 4 pm est time.

I think we should alternate challenges. So lets say something
like this for example
Week 1
Week 2
Braving The Green Waters - USA Braving The Green
Waters - UK
Against The Wildlling Horde - USA Against The
Wildlling Horde- UK
Tourney In The Marches - UK Tourney In The
Marches- USA
Fire At the Arsenal - UK Fire At
the Arsenal - USA
This is just an example, but would need a European member to me
made officer with ability to start challenges.
As for as being a USA member goes, I'd prefer a 6 PM start time,
but those details could be worked out later

This is a tough one, given how long it takes to do these and to
accumulate enough damage to award a prize. That's what I
dislike about the AC's and how they're done. They take a good
commitment time wise to attain a top 2/3 spot for the good
stuffs.
Maybe drum up a list of what AC offers what, then see who wants
what and just try to accommodate as best as possible. Not
exactly the best way of doing it but we just have to try and
work within the system as it is. Ideally, I'd love to see it
where AC challenge rewards go into an alliance pool that's
available to all members and handed out by leader/officers, not
just those who were able to click the most.

How about this. Freya declares AC prize to be attained by US or
European players. The rotation suggestion sounds equitable to
me. And some form of kicking them off should be worked out. Well
let whatever time zone an AC is to be geared to be fought until
part 2 is finished, then part 3 is open season. Post AC
details/limitations on here and in the rookery on MoTD.
I have been told we strive to be honorable in our actions. Trust
is a key component to honor. Therefore the limitations should be
adhered to and crafting should not suffer.
This is of course, imho.
