       I finally remembered that Nod did actually give us the VP charts
       back when it was updated

       EDIT the crucial bit to make sense of the chart below is Nod's
       post:
       Before these bugs were fixed, the amount of Victory Points
       received by a Level 20 camp attacking another camp was always
       210. Under the correct rules, the highest amount a level 20 camp
       can receive remains 210, but to do so, you must attack and win
       against a level 20 camp. In other words, no more farming
       low-level camps - that was one of the bugs, where any target
       camp gave the max VP allowed for your camp level. To reflect the
       increased difficulty a low-level camp has in attacking a
       high-level camp, they receive a bonus, up to 300% for a level 0
       or 1 camp attacking and winning against a level 20 camp. The
       other bug was that that bonus was not applying, but now is.
       So 100% = 210 (edit: for Fight actions). From that, it's
       possible to calculate the VP gains for any attack.
       For example, PoW have level 3 camps at both OT and Mander,
       whereas our camps are level 5 and 6 respectively at the time of
       writing this. That means, for Fight actions we get
       210*15.24/100= 32.004 VP at OT, confirmed;
       210*13.33/100=  27.993 VP at Mander, apparently rounded up to
       28, confirmed;
       PoW will get
       210*34.29=72.009 VP at OT
       43.33=90.993 VP, that's 91 rounded up, at Mander
       ::)
       EDIT 2:
       Someone at DB forums pointed out that the base VP for
       Aid/Barter/Bribe is NOT 210, that's only for Fight/Swindle/Steal
       According to her calculations it's 110 for Aid. Will have to
       look at our own VPs to confirm that and calculate the base for
       Harass and Spy/Steal'
       Fight/Swindle/Steal: base = 210

       Ok i just made sense of these based off what you said. Very
       nice! I'll be looking at this and coming up with a new strategy
       for myself in case the xmas truce comes through

       The Aid I sent to WS last night got me 92 VP, that was from our
       OT lvl 6 to their OT lvl 10. I'm thinking its 120 for aid
       EDIT: Actually I was mistaken, the VP is 97 so i'm thinking
       based off the chart its 127

       WS OT camp is level 11, so it's more like 110 base VP for aid.
       Except, it should be 98 VP then, or else rounding is not
       consistent. From GC's level 0 to our level 8 it was 90 VP, that
       works with base=110.
