PoW now declared us enemies.
We decided to try garrisoning Mander (naked cheapo ones, with
Freya's consent), UNLESS we know Aid is coming in.
I'm assuming going for their OT and OR is ok? Not their Mander,
though, attacking all 3 camps would spread out forces too thin I
think...
Send all wounded and otherwise useless SS to aid WS. Mostly
Mander and OT.

Now that War is official, the PoOs seem to be targeting mainly
our camp in the Mander with, I'm guessing, full intention to
prevent or at least delay us from upgrading. If I remember
correctly from last phase, level 7/8 seems to be when camp
defense starts to become really effective, especially with
swords garrisoned.
Concentrating on defending Mander and retaliation alone
obviously wont get us anywhere in terms of gaining VP.
Aiding/Bartering/Bribing our allies are still important and
shouldn't become secondary. As such I suggest we should loosely
form two teams - one on Camp defense and attack, and the other
on helping allies. This way our individual effort can be more
focused rather than dispersed all over the place fighting and
helping and defending and bartering etc etc.
Just an idea to find a more efficient way to handle our current
situation. Maybe others have some they would like to share?

Just one thing - everyone should keep spying on them. If your
theory is right and the spy bug only prevents updated info from
the same person, we need to alternate our spies. At least on OT
and OR, even weak spies should have a good chance to succeed
since ideally they'll both be 100% damaged and ungarrisoned :p

I think I stole the last bit of silver out of PoW Mander. But
then, they might replenish.
Bohemians now attacking them at OT, so safe to re-allocate some
SS to more productive activities. For now anyway.
And, they're now down to #20!!! Hoooray!
ETA #21 now. MWHAHA-HA-HA!

I think designated roles is a good idea.
I've beed very successful in my attacks, so I will focus on
hostile actions. I've been sending aid and barters to friends
as well, and I do think we need to remember to spread our love
to any of our allies in the Reach.
I will also focus on making daggers for the next upgrade, maybe
one other person can do the same then at least two people only
make militia. I also think the best way to control upgrades on
Oldtown and Ocean Rd is to stock everything but the companions
in the camps. Otherwise we have folks sitting on stock without
knowing if they need to make more when they could switch to
making something for another upgrade. So keep making traders
and eavesdroppers but don't add them to the camps until we are
ready to upgrade.
If PoW has not contacted me by Friday I want to offer them a
little tough love and tell them we are a better friend then
enemy. Now that our AvA challenges are full we can consider
options on expanding to other regions, but I want to get things
sorted in the Reach first.

Can it be sooner? Not sure how everyone else feels, but I'm
really tired of my SS being tied down in this conflict...

I'm focusing on building militia at the moment and I usually
build 4-5 per day and I'll also be focusing on helping allies.

I'll be happy to start making daggers instead of militia.
And since I have a couple of spies, I can send them to PoW to
alternate with Henly's.

I received a request for peace from the leader of Protectors of
Westerosi, it was a very nice raven, so I have given them the
choice of neutral stance or friendship if they would like. If
you sent off attacks and are unable to redirect your swords
before collecting please send some aid/barter/bribe their way.
Based on our haul of spoils I would say it was a great success!
