SO. YOU HATH CHOSEN THE FIESTY FIRE KITSUNE.
HERE IS HER APPEARANCE.
Physical appearance: She has long, sleek, straight white hair
that goes to her waist, and has red tips. She has bright blue
eyes, and a tall, lithe, and pale skinned build. She has white
fox ears with red tips, and nine white fox tails with red tips.
Instead of regular nails, she has sharp, claw-like nails that
can cut through things and scratch to hurt.
Clothing: she wears a white kimono with red on the tips of the
sleeves, and a red belt wrapped around her waist. It is light
and breathable, allowing her to move easily. However, for
modesty’s sake, she wears a red tank top and white leggings
underneath her Kimono, almost unnoticeable.

Here you go Angel!
I made sure to cover all points of the description, but I added
some liberties. Like, her bangs, and how she wears her kimono. I
thought "how can you make it so you can fight in a kimono?".
Kimonos are heavy, thick, and hard to move in. They are usually
worn in the winter, and they take a lot of time and help to put
on. However, a person who wears a kimono often can't move very
well. So, I decided to loosen the kimono so that it's easier to
move in. That's why Hikari's tank top is exposed. Also, you
didn't specify her footwear so I went with traditional wooden
sandals. It fits the Japanese feel!
The little sketch of Hikari in the upper right corner is
basically what she would look like if she wore the kimono
properly. I thought I'd include that too. I also added a red
design all across her sleeves, the little shape is supposed to
resemble the flame on a candle.
Quick question, why did you name her Hikari? Hikari means
"light" in Japanese, is it because she specializes in fire
magic?

@Enchanted, OH MY GOSH SHE LOOKS AMAZING! AND SHE LOOKS EXACTLY
HOW I IMAGINED HER! and I guess I said kimono mostly because I
imagined her wearing a lighter kimono? Like in cloth? I guess?
BUT I LOVE IT! IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE HER!
And yes, I name her Hikari because of her Fire powers! Plus I
just...like the name XD!

I guess in that case the clothing she would be wearing is
"yukata". It's a lighter kimono that is worn during summer
months
