Hikari nodded with satisfaction after reading the card, then
tucked it into one of her kimono sleeves. She then stated,
"Good. I'm glad you are getting used to it."
After a moment's thought, she grins in a mischievous way, and
adds,
"And burning is my speciality."
(A.K.A. Hikari's only way she knows how to flirt=flaunting her
power. XD!)

Goldie gazed up at the stars. After a moment he just said,
"Different." After another long moment, "Well, you certainly
can't see the stars. And there's no... magic, or whatever you
call it. Not as many kids wandering around either."

Hikari laughed lightly at that, then replied,
"Well your world certainly sounds...interesting. And some of the
children here are older than they appear, but I can understand
what you mean."
Hikari tucked her legs up to her chest, sighed, gazing up at the
stars. Then after a moment longer of thought, she continued,
"I've always wondered what it would be like to travel to a
different world, specifically a world like yours. No fighting,
no fear of random magical occurrences, no spells to cast or
battles to be won...just...normal, trying your best to get ahead
in the world."
She shrugged, then added,
"I know it may seem weird, but I sometimes envy Angel as she has
visited a world similar to yours. I sometimes wonder...what
would it be like if I lived there? Just..as..normal? Would it be
more exciting in a different way? What new experiences and
adventures could take place..."
She nodded, then glanced at Goldie and finished with,
"You are very lucky."

Goldie snorted. "No fighting? I dunno about that. If your Angel
visited, she went to the pretty places I'm betting. She hasn't
seen the underbelly." Goldie's face twitched and he took a drag
on his cigarette. He held one out to Hikari.

Hikari is confused by the stick thing that shoots smoke and
fire, but takes it anyway and lights the tip on fire, staring at
it. She then nods and replies,
"She mostly visits the same place or places..she says that they
are special to her. Of course I have never been there or
anything."
She shrugs, then asks,
"What did you like most about living in your world?"

Goldie let his head sag a little. After a moment... "I wouldn't
say I liked it much at all." He looked up at the sky again,
breathing out smoke. "But, I do enjoy driving cars."
