       Poll: All PAF members, we have an important question to answer.

       Fish Pokemon.
       Specifically, those who do not have legs or that cannot stand
       upright on land.
       In the Pokemon games, fishies just sort float just off the
       ground. In the Anime, I haven't seen fish on land if they don't
       have legs. If there are battles with water types, they're
       usually in a pool.
       The problem is, in PAF when I RP I don't know which to use with
       my Sharpedo. Is he able to float just off the floor when sent
       out, or can he only move around in water? I feel like it would
       disadvantage all legless fish in PAF if they could only be used
       in water terrain, but it doesn't make logical sense if they can
       float.
       Hopefully, this poll will determine which of the two forms of
       movement is used in all PAF threads. Please vote, and thank you

       my two cents:
       Logically they'd flop around, so normally I think that's how it
       should work. A Psychic-type (or the move Psychic) could be used
       to levitate them off the ground so that fish Pokemon could be
       used outside of water.

       In the Volcanion movie, Mega Sharpedo was levitated the entire
       time by an Alakazam. I can see where your coming from.
