[GvE] A girl perches on the windowsill of the Dark Base. (Redo)

(This is a thread I've posted on the forums, but there aren't
really any people posting on it so I'll try my luck here. I will
be using this OC soon, would like to quickly do her
introduction)
[font=georgia]The girl swings her small legs around, clearly
relaxed. Her bangs are cut straight across her forehead, and she
has long, straight hair. Its so long, her hair trails on the
floor, the ends in a heap. The hair above her shoulders is
purple, but past her shoulders the hair is blanched into a
lavender-tinted white. She's wearing a simple, blue-violet dress
that reaches her calves. The collar and sleeves have frills, and
the sleeves are puffed up at the shoulders.
As you get closer, you realize she's munching away on something.
She's holding a small paper plate, similar to the ones that they
give you at In-N-Out for your fries. Inside, it's takoyaki. (A
ball-shaped Japanese street food. It's made by surrounding
minced octopus, tempura flakes, and green opinions in a globe of
wheat-based batter and deep frying it. You add various sauces
such as ketchup, mayo, and wasabi) The girl, holding a
toothpick, spears one of the remaining pieces and eats it.
She notices you, and turns toward you. You realize the hair next
to her face isn't actually "hair" at all; they're two squid
tentacles. They squiggle around with minds of their own,
lavender colored but an even paler shade at the tip.
"Hi there!" She says cheerfully, and munches another piece. She
chews it for a moment, before swallowing it all. "Want some
fried calamari?"[/font]
