To-Do-List + Suggestions

So, this is a new forum; We may have freedom, but there is
plenty room for improvement. Here, you can offer suggestions as
to what we can do to improve this place. Feel free to add!
Suggestions:
-Change Color scheme
-Have a section for "Religion/Beliefs", where we can posts about
"Christianity", "Pagan", "LGBTQ+, etc.
-Have an "IRL Issues" Section, where people can talk about IRL
issues. This would be a serious thread.
-Have a "Rant" Section, where people can vent their hearts out.
-Have a "Leaving" Section, where people can post if they're
gonna leave. People can check in often to see what's going on,
and this would also be the place to update status (like if you
come back)
-Once we get more members, we could nominate mods. Either we
nominate people, people can nominate themselves, or we could
just put everyone in to be voted. Someone can put all the
nominations (or just everyone) into a strawpoll or something
similar, where everyone can vote. This won't be until we find
more members. Also, try to add in mods of various beliefs, so
they aren't too biased. Mods can vote on issues that users bring
to their attention. Therefore, there should be an odd number of
mods, so that there aren't ties.

I think we should just make a forum for controversial topics.
all of those things fit under the general umbrella term of
controversial topic. it would condense things down a little.
> irl issues
another good idea. it should be called something like 'support
center' so people can get support for things like that.
> rant section
should fit in the same general topic as irl issues.
> leaving section
perhaps just a section where people can give life updates and
other things. inactivity notices and whatnot should also go
here. leaving threads as well.
> mod nominations
that's a good idea, but instead of nominating people, we should
allow anyone who wants to be a mod enter voting. it may become a
popularity contest if we nominate people to vote for. adding
mods of varying beliefs is a good idea in theory, but it might
not be in practice, which is why mods must be open minded and
not let their own beliefs get in the way of everyone else. mods
should want the best for the forum and for everyone to get along
well happily. we should tread lightly with this one.
suggestions:
> topics under which different parts of the forum can fit for
organization. for example, subforums 'fanart' and 'fanfics' can
fall under the general topic of 'creative corner' or whatever
you'd like to call it. roleplay would have its own general
topic, probably, as well as controversial topics and general
discussion.
> a non-rp 'forum village' in which people can make their
homethreads and storage threads.
> re-signups for gve and other fwrps. would keep things in order
due to the new ability to edit posts.

All of this is beautiful.
Still pretty cool that Purple made all of this in a flash.
This isn't really an add-on, but it's nice that we can privately
message others. I guess I'm saying don't make private threads
cause you can essentially PM

Color scheme fixed! If this isn't better than I guess I'll have
to figure out how to make a new one. That'll be... interesting.
So, the boards that you'd like aaaaare:
-Controversy (for politics, religion, etc.) which will come with
its own personal disclaimer that says "if you're easily offended
please don't start drama"
-Life Updates for leaving, returning, other general life
updates, etc.
-Personal Problems for... well, personal problems.
-Art for--oh come on if you don't know what this one's for...
-Gaming and the like
any others??? I'd like to cover as many as I can in one fell
swoop. Probably because I'll need to drop the site down for a
second to do all of this XD
