PAF Sign-Up/Rules

It's Angel's RP, I'm just the poster of the thread. Fight me.
First off, thank you anyone and everyone who wants to join! I
am so happy you decided to, and I sincerely hope we all have
fun!
Now to the story.
There is unrest in ALL of the Pokémon regions. Each of the
evil teams from every Region have been defeated, but they have
all seemingly disappeared into thin air. Everything is peaceful,
but some say it is a little too peaceful...
Suddenly, it happens. The teams suddenly resurface, but
instead of the usual, they are all seemingly working together!
Team Aqua grunts and Team Magma grunts are helping each other to
steal Pokémon! Team Rocket grunts and Team Plasma grunts are
raiding Pokémon centers and taking them over! All of the regions
are in chaos!
Many people are surrendering up their Pokémon and hiding and
cowering in fear, but a few brave and strong trainers are
stepping up to these injustices, ready to fight for what is
right.
However, some suspect that there is a bigger plan behind all
of this, and there is. All of the teams are trying to gather
enough Pokémon, so they can take down each legendary and
mythical Pokémon, and capture them for their own evil deeds!
What will you do? Will you fight for justice and side with
the Trainers? Or will you fight for power and join the Pokémon
thieving Teams, who have named themselves Team Eclipse?
(Their whole team is named Team Eclipse, but they still have
their individual team names when needed).
RULES:
-You can have 12 Pokemon, but you can only use 6 in any battle.
You'll have all 12 of your 'mons on-hand at all times, though.
-Your flipsides can have Pokemon trainers as well, but their
max. number of Pokemon is 6.
-All members of your team can be carrying items.
-You may have ONE of the following legendary/mythical/special
Pokemon on your team, as long as they have legal movesets (no
HAs on any of the following:)
SHAYMIN (Land or Sky Forme)
MANAPHY
PHIONE
Any of the ULTRA BEASTS
TYPE: NULL/SILVALLY
-Legendaries require an approval from the Magical PAF Board of
me, Angel, Lily, and some others, and an event thread.
-You can have shinies, but the max. is two.
-Pokemon can have any moves (level up moves, egg moves, TM/HM
moves) as long as they are able to learn them in-game. The max
number of moves is, of course, four.
-Don't be OP/Mary Sue, control someone else, or control someone
else's Pokemon (without explicit, given permission). That should
go without saying.
-You have two dodges per Pokemon per battle.
-Put all your PAF threads in the PAF board.
-A Pokemon that is able to Mega Evolve can ME if holding its
respective stone. One ME per battle.
-You can join Team Eclipse (we have cookies) as a member of an
existing team or as a lone-wolf member. If you join as a member
of an existing team, yes, you have to wear the uniform.
-Rules can be added or changed, and you still need to respect
them; however, rule changes will now be voted on before
officially being put in place.

Trainer Appearance: I have bright blonde, long, wavy, fluffy,
thick hair in a high-ponytail that reaches my lower back, and
sticks out in tufts in certain places. I have big, bright,
emerald green eyes, as well as a lithe, short, curvy, and strong
build (about 5’3’ in height). I have a round-ish face, a button
nose, and tan skin.
Trainer Clothing: I wear a white t-shirt with yellow sleeves,
and a pokeball symbol on the front of my shirt. I wear light
blue jean shorts, and red sneakers, as well as a mega bracelet
on my left wrist, a black satchel with multiple healing items,
berries, pokedex, as well as a sleeping bag. I wear a brown
leather belt with my pokeballs on it.
Personality: I am kind and compassionate, and always try to be
the optimist. I am loyal, and always ready to cheer others up. I
am very passionate when defending my friends, and can be a bit
stubborn. I am very motherly, and enjoy shipping, A LOT.
Overall, I try my best for everyone, and try not to let them
worry about me. On the inside, I can be quite insecure, and
cheering others up actually helps to cheer up me. I can be
slightly worried about speaking out, and have gotten violent
when defending my friends. I can become pretty emotional, but I
try not to be so much.
Background: Angel grew up in Nuvema town in the Unova region.
Her older sister, Aether, went off to start on her Pokémon
journey when Angel was still young, and she hasn’t seen her
older sister since. When she was old enough, her parents gave
her the egg that would hatch into her partner Pokémon, Sky, then
sent her off to Professor Juniper, who gave her Valiant (back
then a Snivy). Angel then proceeded to focus more on exploring
every region and developing her battling style, and occasionally
catching a Pokémon. Now, she is fully focused on keeping the
Pokémon safe from Team Eclipse.

Age: 18 [s](Purple gets an age buff)[/s]
Trainer Appearance: Short and not the thinnest human being in
the universe. Almost always wearing a black t-shirt and frayed
denim shorts, with high-top night sky Converse. Long, dark curly
hair with the tips dyed neon purple. Either has a black-and-neon
backpack or satchel, depends on the day and her mood. Dark brown
eyes with amber and maroon highlights/shine. Tan-skinned and
long-fingernailed.
Personality: Random emotional nerdy dork. Need I say more.
Short Background: OG Sinnohite and will fight you to the death
if you say Sinnoh is trash. Grew up in Twinleaf, has almost
drowned in Lake Verity at least three times. Her father gave her
an Eevee, which evolved to Umbreon (Nacht) before she received a
starter. When she did pick a starter, it was Piplup, now
Empoleon (Pisces) which she no longer typically uses in battle.
Never really had much of a run-in with Team Galactic but was
always a nerd for space aesthetic so there was a lowkey appeal.
At about 16 she started to learn competitive battling, but
wasn't too into it quite yet. Met Saturn after almost being
killed by some really PO'd pride of Luxray at 17, unofficially
joined Galactic because she wanted somewhere to stay but her
parents and brother hightailed it to Alola and Kanto
respectively.

Trainer Appearance: She has shoulder-length black hair that
curls upwards at the ends. Her hair frames her face, and curls
inward toward her cheeks. She wears earmuffs that are shaped
like teardrops, and have a jagged brown pattern on the pointed
end. The rest of the earmuffs is ice blue. She wears a large,
fluffy snow jacket which reaches her thighs. The bottom and the
rim of the hood have a fluffy white trim. The white collar is
extended, so that it covers her mouth. She usually has the hood
up, so fluff covers most of her face. She wears black tights,
and has brown, fur-lined snow boots. Her skin is very pale, and
her eye is emerald green. Her other eye is covered by an
eyepatch, which she often changes around for fun. (She has a
boring medical patch, a star-shaped one, a Team Skull themed
one, an Eevee shaped one...) Her eye is an empty socket, since
her Haxorus clawed her eye out when she was an Axew. Enchanted
considers it her fault because she shouldn't have picked it up
without warning.
Personality: She is a fierce loner, preferring to live with her
Pokémon and among Pokémon, away from human contact. She lives in
snowy mountains, as evidenced from her snow wear. She loves
dragon-types the most, but loves Pokémon in general. She is kind
to Pokémon, but is curt and standoffish to humans. In fact, she
is unaware of this Team Eclipse business and frankly wouldn't
care, if it wasn't for their ulterior motive: If the teams take
over the regions, she'll probably lose her Pokémon and Pokémon
would suffer. Also, she would have to rejoin civilization. Ugh.

the team skull bandanna around her head, but the bandanna that
is supposed to go over her mouth is pulled down so that it rests
around her neck. Her right eye has a pink star tattoo over it.
Her eyes are maroon, and her skin is pale peach. She wears a
black croptop, with a hot pink sleeve-less shirt inside. The
sleeves look torn, along with her torn jean shorts. The jean
shorts are also hot pink, and so are her sneakers. Her socks and
trim/laces on her sneakers are white. She has several hot pink
bands around her wrists. Several strands of her hair have been
dyed hot pink.
Personality*: She is very energetic, and kinda crazy. She likes
the color hot pink, along with the freedom Team Skull offers.
She can get pretty heated during Pokémon battles, but might
apologize for hurting you afterward. She joined Team Skull for
the heck of it, and also because she felt restricted by her
conservative parents. Since Team Skull joined the Team Eclipse
collaboration, she joined too by default.
