Karma screeched herself, backing away into a bush.
Few minutes later
Karma was cleaning a small, brown tabby. Her tongue rasped over
its small pelt, making her warm. With a smile, Karma mewed,
"Rose." She named the young kit.
Rose squirmed, trying to find her mother.

Away from Karma, Knightedevening sat below a pine tree, tears
pouring endless from his miserable amber eyes.

Karma pushed herself to her paws, grabbing Rose's scruff. She
slowly walked out of the bush, weakened from the kitting. With a
sigh, she scented the air. She would need some shelter for a
bit. Maybe ShadowClan would help.....

sobs. The she-cat came upon Knightedevening, and winced.

Knightedevening looked blearily up at her, hope lighting his
gaze as he smelled her sweet scent.
Then he saw it.
It.
Her kit.
Gritting his teeth, the large black smoke stood as high as he
could and brushed out his fur. "What do you want? Why are you on
ShadowClan territory?" He spat, the tears vanishing.
