       Marrowlining of SkyClan Deputy (?)
       By: Shannon Date: October 28, 2012, 5:01 pm

       [center][font=georgia]Name;;
       Marrowlining
       Age;;
       34 moons
       Gender;;
       Tom
       Orientation;;
       Straight
       Alliance;;
       SkyClan
       Appearance {at least four sentences};;
       So you want to know about Marrowlining? Well he's just like any
       other cat! Well besides that odd fur colouring of course
       and--Well I'm getting ahead of myself. Marrowlining's fur colour
       is a bit unusual, nothing like the regular colors of pelts. It's
       not green, or any other random colour like that, no it's it's
       like the colour of an old bone, oddly yellow with tinges of
       white. Now this yellow I'm talking about, it's not a bright
       yellow, not like the yellow of a new daffodil which just opened
       it's petals for the whole world to see. The yellow I'm talking
       about is like a pale gold, with I admit some true golden spots.
       I believe that earlier I mentioned the colour green, and while I
       said that wasn't his pelt colour, it would be a lie to say his
       eyes weren't. Now because there are so many different shades of
       green I won't stop there. Imagine the dullest shade of green
       you've ever seen, than make it ten times more dull. You have
       just thought of the total opposite colour of Marrowlining's
       eyes. The green of his eyes is like freshly watered, green
       grass, bright but not blindingly, and seem to have little drops
       of liquid crystals in them.
       Personality {at least four sentences};;
       Well as you may have noticed Marrowlining's name is not
       Marrowbody. This is because that rotten colour on his pelt
       doesn't go through alll the way to his core, only lines it. Now
       of course there is that sparkle in his eyes, which you usually
       don't get from being dull and boring. He's actually quite kind,
       being friends with the youngest kit, to the oldest elder, and
       everyone in between. There's also his great sense of humour,
       knowing when something isn't funny anymore, or never was.
       Although when he's extremely angry, you may want to run and hide
       when it's over, because he becomes on the very edge of ripping
       off every face he sees, and only certain cats can calm him down
       again. Another odd thing about him though, is that while he's
       kind to everyone, likes everyone, he finds it hard to love
       anyone, due to something from his history.
       History {at least six sentences};;
       Well, like most cats in SkyClan, Marrowlining was born in the
       clan, unlike most cats in SkyClan, he only grew up with one of
       his biological parents. His parents, Trunktail the father,
       Mouseeyes the mother, both had dark coloured coats, and neither
       of them had any family member known that had golden fur.
       Obviously because he was a pale gold, they both found it strange
       how this had happened, his father more than his mother, who
       looked more worried than confused. A few days after Marrowlining
       and his siblings were born, Trunktail noticed his mate walking
       out of the Nursery, and then out of camp. This puzzled him, and
       so he followed after her, making sure she wouldn't notice that
       he was there. They walked for a while and eventually stopped in
       a tucked away place in the territory. His father wasn't sure
       what was going on until he noticed Sunfur, a golden tom, walk
       out of the shadows, and run towards Mouseeyes. They quickly
       embraced and Mouseeyes blurted out everything she was feeling,
       how she hoped that Trunktail would never find out about why
       Marrowlining was that colour. As the two talked, Trunktail
       realized that Marrowlining wasn't actually his kit, and that
       Mouseeyes had cheated on them. After the realization, he bursted
       into the clearing and told them he knew what was going on, then
       ran back to camp to tell the whole Clan what had happened.
       When Mouseeyes and Sunfur came back to the camp, Trunktail had
       already told everyone what had happened. The clan was surprised,
       but they weren't really sure on how to judge Mouseeyes and her
       secret mate. When Trunktail finished explaining, he then
       declared that he was leaving the Clan, and that he couldn't stay
       there, knowing that Mouseeyes had cheated, and what he thought
       had been his kits, weren't truly all his. He ran out of the camp
       and never looked back, only hearing the whimpers of Mouseeyes.
       Ever since, Sunfur had been treated as Marrowlining's father,
       but he managed to worm the truth out of an elder when he was at
       the end of his apprenticeship, and he's never been able to love
       properly since.
       Role-play sample {required for your first advanced biography};;
       Marrowlining exited the SkyClan Camp, her paws crunching on the
       dead leaves, stepping on the fallen twigs. He didn't care about
       how much noise he was making, he wasn't going to hunt anywhere
       near here. As he came closer to his hunting destination he
       became more wary of where his paws landed, not wanting to step
       on the smallest of branches. His mouth parted, tasting the air
       for any scent of prey for him to catch. The scent of a mouse
       came to him, and he started to crouch towards the bush it was
       under. His scent was downwind so there was no way the mouse
       would notice him as he silently crept closer. The mouse,
       thinking nobody was there, came out from the bush, only noticing
       that Marrowlining was there as his paws trapped the mouse. When
       the mouse started to droop as it died, he took his paws off of
       it, then buried it at the base of the bush where it had been
       hiding.
