       Pics and messages disappearing

       Hi, As new members we're eager to join in, but I can't post
       messages, none of the pics I'm trying to post are showing or
       even uploading (yes, I know about file types and sizes), my
       gallery doesn't exist despite trying to upload pics, and the
       private messages I'm trying to send to people aren't getting
       there or showing in my 'sent' folder. What am I missing? Do all
       these pics need approved first or something? If so, why? And if
       so, why aren't they?
