       Take it to your Leader

       When there is unhappiness within any group of people, it quickly
       spreads and makes the game more unenjoyable for those listening.
       There is also a big possibility that when listening to such
       unhappiness in chat, that people will misunderstand the context
       (especially due to the nature of the chat that rolls off the
       screen mid-topic.)
       On top of this, the unhappiness sometimes will not be heard by
       the people that can fix the problem.
       So we strongly ask that you bring all complaints or questions to
       the clan leaders. And do this before you get too annoyed - and
       CERTAINLy before you discuss it in clan chat. If I hear of a
       problem, I will immediately start finding a solution and keep
       the problematic topic confidential among the clan leaders.
       Please trust that your leaders are looking out for things from
       all sides, so we want to hear your side so we get the full
       picture.
       Thank you everyone.. I just hate to see things seem more
       negative than they are. We have a great clan, and we will
       continue to improve it, but we do need your help on if you think
       there is a problem. Thanks for helping out!
