Broadband in Ireland . . . my story:
Grrrrr . . . where am I? What old technic is being used here? In
Dundalk you would have speed and connection trouble, in Dublin
they don't allow port forwarding . . . PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF . . .
I have tried my best (spending all my Saturday) even with the
support from portforward.com who are the best!

Sorry that we were not able to make PFConfig work for you. I
have refunded the money to the account that was used to make the
purchase.
If you still need to forward your ports, you can visit our forum
using the link at the top of this page and ask for assistance.
There are many smart people there who may be able to help you.

I am aware of that Ireland would need to fix other issues first
before thinking about proper broadband service, but still, when
you pay a fortune for a service and you don't get that service;
it is very annoying.

Dear Virgin Support Team,
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
Kindly can you explain my most recent bill attached? It shows €
-15.49 discount, but it should be € -20.00 instead.
Could you please kindly amend and refund accordingly?
Also, I am very upset about my router as it doesn't support port
forwarding. However, this option is required and your service is
nearly not useful to me without that option.
Is there anything you can do for me or would you recommend
moving on to another provider?
My router is an UBEE EVW 3226, quite a stoneage machine that UPC
had dispatched to me back then.
I mean, you will have to agree that nowadays not allowing port
forwarding is quite strange and makes no sense at all.
Please kindly offer me a solution at no extra cost as this
should be all inclusive, considering the fortune you are
charging.

Good thing is that we have Chris and Smifffers who could help
out . . . and I have a 2nd Steam account in case it is required
for running the dedicated server!
Chris has already set up one . . . the password would be: wlrs5
I have asked Chris to set it up with "get real"
We shall see when he is awake :)
In any case, I thank you guys so much for your support in this
matter. I mean, with our dedicated server we could pull up a
great championship. Chris' server ping is also fantastic.
In case we use one or another's resource running the free
server, we should donate some cash per month to the person
wasting the electricity once we pull a big thing up. Do you
agree?
