       Trade Show Exhibit Rentals Are Cost Effective Marketing Options

       Buying a booth includes not only the initial investment but also
       cost of maintenance, storage costs, insurance costs,
       refurbishing costs, transportation costs and finally disposal
       costs. New start-up companies will not
       have the capital outlay to invest in booths and will prefer a
       rental. Besides, they will not know how exhibits will help them
       and will want to take part in a few to get a feel of the market
       before investing in a booth.
       Another reason to opt for a rental is the size of exhibit
       venues.
