       Minimum Provide Assistance (PA) $20
       Maximum Provide Assistance (PA) $100
       Duration: 15 days
       Growth: 2% Daily
       NO Community Reserve Fund (CRF) is required
       Example: $100.00 at 2.0% = $2.00 daily x 15 days = $130 (30%
       growth)
       RA Amount:  $130
       Net gain is $30 or 30%
       LIMITED to one maxed out package per member. ($100 in PA’s)
