       What is the Community Reserve Fund (CRF)?
       A reserve fund is like an insurance policy. It is meant to be a
       place which holds a lump sum of money which can be used in case
       of emergencies. The CRF's are deposited into the community
       reserve directly by the members.It will also be used to pay the
       RA if not paid after 48hrs
