I noticed that your Wealth Rising account is yet to be
activated. The $2.00 is an activation fee and is required from

My advice is to only use Coinbase to buy Bitcoin with your
credit card, debit card or bank account, then transfer that
Bitcoin to a Blockchain.info wallet or some other Bitcoin
wallet. Coinbase is very sensitive to certain types of activity
and could block your ability to buy or lock your account.
Another good choice to buy Bitcoin with your credit card, debit
